Quality, convenience and reasonable pricing. My car had two holes in the front bumper. It now looks like a brand new car. I will let the photos speak for themselves. Dino is very easy to communicate with and more importantly transparent regarding the amount of work required and pricing. There were no tricks, no bad surprises. I was initially skeptical because I had never used a "mobile repair service" and the color of my car, habanero orange (I did not choose but the car looks pretty good), is not the most common. Which is why I called a few body shops. Needless to say that the estimates were higher except for one shop which however lacked in terms of communication skills. And I am fairly sure that the price would have gone up after I showed up. Additionally, none could perform the work the same day. Which is one of the extras that Dino can provide. He announced about 1h30 worth of work but the job lasted for almost 3h from the time he showed up at my building's parking lot. That does not account for the time it took him to get the equipment and the paint. The price I paid was well worth the time he spent getting the tools and dealing with the repair. Although I am not a professional, I believe that he could have done the job in 1h30. But the guy is a perfectionist and prides himself for diligence. He stayed until the paint dried up and he is sure that the color matches the original color. I will let you judge by yourselves from the photos. The man is also a very decent individual. I stayed during the entire time, asked all the questions I wanted to ask. He did not seem to be bothered. We had a great conversation. I highly recommend A1 Auto Technician for the convenience, the pricing but above all for the quality of the work. read more

Got a large dent in my SUV after some poor maneuvering around an oversized cement parking barrier in a crowded lot. Didn't want the hassle of a body shop and being charged excessively (when I'm purposely avoiding the insurance route as I felt like the repair would have cost the same as my deductible). Sent A1 Dent Tech an email with photos of the damage and Dino replied giving me an estimate of repair (very reasonable) and was able to arrange a date where he would come to do the mobile repairs. All he needed from me was the paint color as he would do his best to match. Easy convenient, while I was working from home, he worked in my driveway and did the much needed repairs. He was able to pull out the dent and did an absolutely amazing job as it looks as if it was never damaged. You can tell Dino is an artist / master at this craft as his attention to detail was superior (my dent follows into the rear tail light assembly, the quarter panel had to be straightened out and painted properly along the light assembly edges and made to fit properly again). Love the convenience, easy communication, work attitude and reasonable cost. Will recommend to anyone for any body work that doesn't require entire spray booths! Will look to Dino for all my future body work needs. read more

Great service, he was very thorough and responded right away when I needed his service. He is reliable, clear and straightforward, to what needed to be done. He provided clear information over the phone with details. Showed up on time, and communicated during this process. He worked "in my driveway " and results to be honest are very clean and nice. He put in the extra effort to do the paint match, fix the dents to the best of his ability. Honestly, it looks way better and seriously, no one can tell if it had an issue in the first place. Price was reasonable, and he was clear throughout the process in communicating the price. No hidden games! I found him through his good reviews, and these reviews are legit, and I am now one of them! Honestly, in NYC, you need to know him cause we know how crazy drivers are! Knowing someone who works honestly, diligently and at fair price is like winning a lotto! Thanks for the great job! read more

Dino did an awesome job on my car. His preliminary estimate came extremely fast once I submitted a picture of the damage. He quoted a price based on that picture and I hired him to do the work. When he arrived at my place next day, he noticed more damage that was not visible in the picture. He explained the differences to me and what the additional effort would be to fix it properly. He gave me options and what I considered a fair revision in price before I gave the go-ahead to perform the work. Work was completed that same afternoon and I could not be more pleased with the end result. Thank you Dino / A1 Dent Tech!! You'll hear from me should I have the misfortune of again needing your services. :-) P.S. I don't know why this shows my location as Memphis, TN. I am in southwest CT in the NYC metro area. read more

i have not left a review before but this experience calls for it. I got into a small run in with a much larger truck while driving my brothers car. I called A-1 and Dino was right there with me in the experience of needing to fix my mistake and make good on my banging up my brothers car. Dino is growing his business and i want to do my part to ensure it is a success. I watched the whole process from beginning work where he masterfully worked the metal like an artist to restore the integrity of the shape of the car bumper. With his 20 years of experience, he has masterfully learned his craft . I am completely satisfied. All my best to Dino and what sounded like a reveal party in the making. read more

I had an excellent experience with Dino at A1 Dent Tech! From the moment I reached out, he was super professional and accommodating. The repair work on my vehicle was done quickly and with great attention to detail--it honestly looks better than I expected. What really impressed me, though, was the pricing and the fact that he comes to you. I shopped around and found that Dino offered a far better deal compared to other auto body shops in the area. It's clear he cares about his customers and aren't just focused on making a quick buck. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of auto repair--top-notch service and a great value. I'll definitely be coming back for any future needs! read more

Cant say enough about Dino and A1 Dent Tech. on time, friendly, honest, courteous, fair pricing, convenient, he explained every step of his repair process and the quality of his work was amazing. Dino made a stressful situation stress free. not only did he restore my BMW to new, he fixed a dent on my wife's car flawlessly and during him working on the cars my neighbor booked him for a repair. from start to finish 2.5 hours when i was quoted by a body shop 2 days and at a higher price with a lot of unnecessary work. i would not hesitate to recommend A1 Dent Tech to anyone and I will! thank you Dino read more

When I got yet another dent from some hit and run, I was so frustrated. Instead of a door ding like last time, this was a deep scratch and dent on the front right side of my car. Not only would it be expensive, but I'd have to take time out of my day to get it fixed. Then I found A1 on Yelp, and was intrigued by their offer to come to me. I called Dino, who not only was able to come over same day but was early! The job was quick and my car looks great! And it was more affordable than I thought it would be, especially for a house call. I highly recommend Dino for dent and scratch repair. read more

We had Dino from A1 Dent help us replace the bumper and a dent above the bumper. Top notch work quality, quick and a great price especially when compared with local autobody shops. Everything including painting was done within 2-3 hours. In my past experience with autobody shops you have to leave your car there for 3-7 days. Dino ordered the bumper on the day we called and came the next day to install and complete the rest of the work. Dino goes out of his way to suggest the less expensive way to repair body damages. While the price was great the work quality is even better. read more

I had some damage to my fender and rims, and after a frustrating search, I'm so glad I found this guy. He was honest from the start, walked me through all the repair options, and didn't pressure me into anything. The work was quick, efficient, and he made the best of a tough spot left by a previous bad repair. He even helped with my rims at a fair price. Super respectful and professional throughout. Highly recommend if you want someone who actually knows what they're doing and doesn't try to take advantage. Will definitely call him again if I need any future work. read more

Hands down the best car repair service I have ever experienced. Dino cares about giving the customer the best value for their money and goes above and beyond with remedying whatever car issue you present to him. The scratch and dent that once sullied my car door was no more after Dino was finished taking care of it. He even fixed my bumper which was partially displaced for a fantastic price. If you're looking for someone who actually cares about your car and your peace of mind, look no further. Thanks again Dino! read more

Dino did an amazing job. I requested service on a Sunday morning. He got back to me on a Sunday even though he is a church-going man. He bid a fair price for a dent that an auto body shop had told me couldn't be fixed and would require a brand new trunk. He came to my place on time, did the work and repaired all the nicks and scratches on the back end of my car. Others have said it here: if I could give Dino ten stars I would. He delivers as promised, on time, on budget. And a beautiful job. read more

Dino was so incredible in his work and very patient and professional. Not only was he extremely friendly but also fair with the price and amazingly talented in his work. From beginning to end I was in awe on how an amazing work he did for me. He explained every detail to me and my vehicle looked brand new after it was all said and done. I cannot stress on how great of a job he did I recommend him to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle cause he is that amazing. Thank you again Dino!! read more

My car was hit and several autobody's were charging an insane amount to fix my car. I was recommended A1 Dent Tech by a friend so I turned to Dino for some help and the help that I received blew my mind. I had a mobile mechanic help me once before on an older car, similar to what Dino does and I got burned. I did not know what to expect but the level of work and expertise was amazing! Great work Dino and thank you! Recommended to anyone that needs work done! read more

I had fender and front bumper damage with some deep scratches. I went to a couple of body shops, and they were charging me 1200-1400 dollars, plus having to wait 3 to 4 days before I could have my car back. A-1 told me he could do it for less than that and that I could get my car back the same day!!! Not only was I able to get my car back with 2hrs but it looks incredible and brand new. Thank you so much!! I definitely will be bringing more business your way. read more

Dino was able to come the day of, but due to my own schedule we arranged for the next day. He came to my work place and finished in about 3 hours. The work was more complicated than he expected but he did not charge more than originally quoted. I thought I'd have to replace the door but it looks pretty flawless. Even the scrapes on my trim look like it never happened. Hopefully the service isn't needed but I'd highly recommend when the need arises. read more
