A1 carpet care experience. Feb 2025 Tech: Oscar I called to request an estimate for the cleaning of a sofa, loveseat & carpet cleaning service for 2 room and a hallway, Catherine answered and was very thorough, friendly and prompt with the estimate. She scheduled it for the next day between 9 and 12. The technician Oscar was at our house by 9:30. He came in and looked at all of the spaces that would be cleaned. He worked quietly quickly and efficiently. We had a couple of stubborn spots that other companies were not able to remove. He did some spot treatment to it and let it soak, and by the time that he was packing up, the carpet stains were gone. Oscar was friendly, reliable, and careful with our things which she had moved a few things around while cleaning and then replaced everything back how it was. I was pleased with the service and I will most likely be using them again. AA Chino Hills, CA read more

A1 came to our home and did an area rug and our couch, and then I called them again to take some of our nicer area rugs to do at their facility. Juan, the technician, was wonderful. He was on-time, friendly, quick, and he did a great job! I thought the prices on both jobs were reasonable and I will call them again! read more

First of all, I haven't had my carpet cleaned in two years and I was really concerned about the high traffic areas getting cleaned. I have used A 1 Carpet cleaning service in the past so I tried them again. Due to covid-19 I was very reluctant about having someone in my home. But I bit the bullet an I'm so happy I did. He was very professional worn a mask at all times and wiped down contact areas. I was so pleased with the out come of my carpet, not only was it throughly clean my house smelt amazing. I would use their services again in a heart beat. read more

This is the second time I had them out to do my carpet cleaning. That in and of itself has got to tell you something. They were responsive, reasonably priced, The technician was very nice, explained the process So I knew what was being done, and ultimately did a fine job. I will very likely call them out for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. read more

A1 Carpet Care - Living room ( high traffic area) - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

David of A1 carpet is the man to call when you need your carpet cleaned! We have white carpet so maintenance is a headache! It was very soiled because of our beloved dog. We needed someone we can trust and would consistently do a good job for years to come! David was our guy! He was friendly, courteous and was prompt on the day of our appointment. He arrived with a friendly smile and wiped his shoes off very well, making sure he didn't further stain the carpet that already needed some extra tender care. He was efficient and went over the heavily stained areas multiple times making sure he got off as much dirt as he was able. After everything was said and done, we were happy with the results. We will definitely be calling David in the future when we need his services again! read more

Best experience with A-1 yet! Loved the technician who came out today - very polite, checked in with with me to provide updates throughout the cleaning process to let us know relative dirt level, progress with cleaning efforts and addressing of stains. We have 5 fur baes 3 indoor dogs and 2 kittys so we needed a thorough cleaning and overall everything came out awesome ! We would be grateful if someone at the office would recognize our technician Oscar for the great job he did! read more

I have used A1 several times now. I have a rescued dog who is rather indiscriminate about his potty habits. I clean it up as well as I can, but there comes a time - we'll, you know! So I call A1 and Al comes and saves me! He does a wonderful job, pre treating all the stains and using a deodorizer that really works. When he leaves we can breath again. Thanks so much A1 and Al! read more

I considered A1 to try to save $50 or so from what I usually pay. The advertised prices were less than half of what I was quoted when the service man came to my house and I discussed these advertised prices with the man. I was told because of the high traffic areas I would need to be charged more. I do not have stained areas and it was just routine maintenance. Bait and switch. read more

Had our carpet cleaned today. David did an awesome job and the carpet feels like new again. David was on time, quick with the job and made sure we were satisfied with the service. I will definitely be calling them again in future for cleaning. read more

My family and I have always cleaned our carpets on our own, but with the new year coming we decided to try out A1 carpet care and boy are we glad we did. Tony came right on time and cleaned 5 rooms spectacularly. He was very poignant and polite, working through the afternoon without much of a break. I know from personal experience how tough and back breaking carpet cleaning can be, so I was thrilled to have someone with such knowledge and experience help restore them. A1 also seems to be the most reasonably priced and we will definitely be using their services again! Thanks Tony! read more

Antonio came and cleaned my carpets and not only are they so much better and look great but he was so kind and friendly. Truly a great experience and would certainly go with them again! my carpet hadn't been clean for probably 6 years as I am the new tenant of this apartment and the look almost new! amazing! read more

Jerry Dollison was excellent and did an outstanding job. I can definitely recommend A1 as long as Jerry is doing the job .

Second time in two years I used the same company. The first time Dana did a great job and the second time David Maldonado did a great job. One Bedroom, Hallway and a living and dining room was a great price of $90. Will be sure to use them again. I've always been a believer of getting the house carpets cleaned once a year. Both times they showed up in a timely fashion, were very polite and did a great job, including getting out my red wine marks. When I call to make an appointment I tell them what I want done and we agree on the price. I don't add any teflon, sanitizer or anything else. Just simply clean my carpets. Always the price we agree on the phone and they always ask to sell me more stuff but I always explain that I am not interested. read more

You can not get any better service anywhere, of that i am assured, David arrived well inside the one hour window he had provided me with. David is a man of his word and was able to get a 4"by10 blood stain out when I was told by everyone I talked with; that a blood stain three months old was a impossible at best and the company I paid $200 to, swore that they could do the job and; only lightened it slightly. Not David he got it out checked often though the cleaning process. David is a man and; brought our 30 year old Berber carpet back to life and I made a friend in the precess.thank you A- Carpet Care. Best carpet cleaning job that we have had in 45 years of owning homes. Daniel Jones, Author, Writer and Speaker I noticed a light shadow in two unrelated areas so I called David and asked him if he would mind stopping by when he was back in my area. He called me back the next morning, and said he would come the next day. Which he did right on time with a big smile on his face and went right to work making a great job even greater. If I could give A-1 carpet care 6-stars, I surly would! Daniel B. Jones read more

We've been using A1 for a few years now and they've been great! They came recently and quoted us for a cleaning. Unfortunately, we could afford the de-greasing of the downstairs carpet, but because they were a bit late, they offered to do it at no additional charge! Their cleaners talk us through the entire process and make it easy to follow. I love their check-ins they conduct, it makes you really feel as though you're important to them! I'll use A1 as long as we have carpet! read more

I had my entire home carpet cleaned by David and I am extremely happy with the results. He was very clean and he did an awesome job. I highly recommend David to clean your home. Very unprofessional! The staff walked into our house without any shoe covers. This is unacceptable for an indoor cleaning company. Now the wood floors on the second floor are full of footprints. The gentlemen argued that he would be working with water so refused to wear the plastic shoe covers provided by us, but the point is that you should bring your own! And as a guest, you should show at least some respect to the owner. The gentlemen also argued that he will be cleaning the carpets backward, therefore he will not be stepping on the cleaned areas. But what about the areas not covered by carpets? Will you clean those areas too? There is no one has ever stepped on our 2nd floor with their shoes on since we always wear our slippers or with bare feet, however, the gentlemen walked into the rooms covered by carpets with his outdoor shoes on. I think they really treated our house like their own house, but please understand that it is NOT. Our house is regularly maintained by professionals, including Pro Pool Guys, Team Champion Exterminators etc. They all have a high reputation on Yelp.com. What they share is that they take care those details with their professionality. The Devils are in the details. However, based on my limited experience with A1 Carpet Care, they are not good enough. read more

If I could give more stars I would. David Maldonado went above and beyond and I am completely satisfied with his work and professionalism. David was able to come on short notice and did an exceptional job and my carpets have never looked better. He was very patient with my Romeo and Juliet (my cocker spaniels) and removed all the stains they had made. Highly recommended! Diana Telleria Arcadia, Ca. read more

I'm so pleased with the cleaning that was done on my carpet today, I had huge black soda stains in my carpet and got a great deal with A1 Carpet Care. The job was done well, quickly and he arrived in the time window that was originally stated. Tony was extremely generous and especially during these times I appreciate him wearing a face mask while he was in my home. I would recommend him and A1 carpet to anyone, you won't be disappointed. read more

5/14/18: I am updating my review because not only did they call me right away to try to make things right and turning me into a very happy customer they promised they would come back and redo the carpet free of charge. They came back today and again the workers were very friendly and would ask me to come check the carpet and if it was to my satisfaction as they were cleaning it. The office staff and the carpet cleaners both did their best in doing a better job and going on and beyond to make things right for me. I am so happy and so satisfied as with the updated pictures you can see the difference how old the carpet is brighter lighter in looks much newer I'm so happy they were able to come back will use them again and refer them to friends as their customer service was beyond great. read more

Waited 2 hrs for this company to show up for a 12:30-1:30pm appointment. Ended up showing up at 2:30pm with no apologies and started quoting add-ons for hallway and large rug that covered a large portion of one of the rooms. I asked if they could throw the rug in bc they were an hour late and he said "we aren't robots you have to pay for that". I told them I would like to cancel due to the attitude and tardiness. I'm going back to my original carpet guy Sam (951) 250-1663 who charges $60 with a great attitude. His equipment may be outdated but still does a great job. read more

Saw their AD in the PennySaver touting the A+ BBB rating they had. After calling and negotiating a $199 "No surprises" price, the servicemen who came started high balling the price at over $350. No surprises?? A+ BBB rating??? What a joke. Advice - Take your business elsewhere! read more
