The first time they moved me was out of a rental where my upstairs bathroom ceiling fell into my living room and I had to vacate immediately for repair. Al got me in on a Saturday afternoon asking his guys to put me on the end of the day, making a short Saturday a long full Day for them! Some of my stuff was going to storage and some to families house. They were very helpful understanding and patient while I sorted through everything and helped me pack all mine and my kids things! When we got to my families home, the guys removed a medical bed out of my grandparents spare room and into their basement for storage. The second time they moved me was picking up from storage and my families house into a new place. Everything was placed into the designated rooms for me so I didn't have to swap all my furniture and boxes around myself. I really appreciated this, being a woman with children, this made it so easy for me to unpack and get settled! They also put the medical bed back and put it back together once my property was cleared from the space. My 3rd move with them was about 4 years later (December 2023) into a 3rd floor apartment in winter time. The company was on time, fast and handled my things with care. Even moving some of the furniture around when I changed my mind on placement so I didn't scratch my new hardwood floors! Kurry Ken and Mike are Great! You can definitely tell this is a family owned business by how genuine the workers are, they handle your property like it is their own. My bed wouldn't fit into my new place, Mike disassembled it in the yard in the cold and brought it inside and put the whole thing back together for me! I will forever use this company. I said how I couldn't take 2 hours off work but I work 20 mins away, so if the drivers could call I could head that way. She replies that "the guys should be calling momentarily, we do not provide a window." So I compromise and ask for a 10 min window. She again texts "Your arrival is 9:30 - 11:30 in the text above. Let me know if you do not have someone ready to receive". So I call and get a female dispatch (Arriane / Kristina something) and state how I'm confused that if the drivers call when they're on the way how are they not able to tell how far out they are? She snaps at me "DON'T TELL US HOW TO DO OUR JOB". Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional. The drivers then arrive, without a phone call. So apparently someone DOES need to tell them how to do their job. Btw- no "white glove" service as stated by Satvaa. No paper boots, didn't even bother wiping their feet on the multiple door mats. Just tracked dirt all through the house as apparently it's the customers responsibility to lay down plastic. Unbelievable.... Hope you never have to ever work with them. You've been warned.

They (Jake,Carl,andRed) moved my mother in law from her apartment to put her stuff in our garage…read more..They were polite and took care of all the items they moved..Some bins didn't have covers so they shrink wrapped them to keep the items in the bins,they also shrink wrapped furniture that had doors so they wouldn't open...They joked around with us which made the move better...IWe would use them again for a move..The whole process from estimate with Tom and then confirming everything up with Teri was a very good experience...We bought the movers subs from Pinos we hope they liked them..GREAT BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH FROM START TO FINISH..

They supposedly have some "interstate consultant" service that has no clue how to coordinate out if state moving. The entire move was a nightmare. They lie and deceive their customers. They hire 3rd party contractors under the shadow of the Mayflower name. Buyer beware...here's a pic of the Clark/Mayflower that may arrive at your door ( they tell you the day before when your all packed that no Mayflower truck is arriving)
