They then lie on the phone about the contract and pressure you into signing a contract without reading what it says which is not what they verbally say. When movers arrive....a day late, they charge you TWO times as much as they quoted because they think they can stick you when you are vulnerable. I will spread the word everywhere about how horrendous this company is. Do not use them under any circumstances.

Kudos to a careful and conscientious moving service. Great respect shown for all of my items and care taken not to damage them. Movers showed up promptly at the pre-arranged time, and leading up to the move, there were several communications to guarantee time of the meeting and the plan. Upfront communication of pricing, expected services to be provided. Nate was always immediately available by either text or phone. I plan on using this company again when I move away from the Syracuse area as part of a planned move in 2018. While I did see other moving companies online with competitive rates, the difference in price was small and the service rendered by this company would be hard to beat.
