They were contracted to deliver a Satvaa mattress. Received a text the night prior that someone had to be at the house in a two hour window but the driver would call when in route. I said how I couldn't take 2 hours off work but I work 20 mins away, so if the drivers could call I could head that way. She replies that "the guys should be calling momentarily, we do not provide a window." So I compromise and ask for a 10 min window. She again texts "Your arrival is 9:30 - 11:30 in the text above. Let me know if you do not have someone ready to receive". So I call and get a female dispatch (Arriane / Kristina something) and state how I'm confused that if the drivers call when they're on the way how are they not able to tell how far out they are? She snaps at me "DON'T TELL US HOW TO DO OUR JOB". Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional. The drivers then arrive, without a phone call. So apparently someone DOES need to tell them how to do their job. Btw- no "white glove" service as stated by Satvaa. No paper boots, didn't even bother wiping their feet on the multiple door mats. Just tracked dirt all through the house as apparently it's the customers responsibility to lay down plastic. Unbelievable.... Hope you never have to ever work with them. We had our mattress delivered by these folks and they were genuinely fantastic: friendly, professional, and careful. I never like having random people come into my home, but I could immediately tell that these guys were trustworthy. They made sure to offer to take their shoes off, and helped me clear the path to get the mattress upstairs. I was extremely satisfied with this company. Rondell and his moving partner were professional, courteous and friendly. They were on time and had great communication before and during the move. They placed a drop cloth by the front door and took off their shoes each trip. They were extremely efficient and careful with the furniture. Wanted to put in this review of Pure Precision Moving AFTER they completed the job I called them about. I previously left one review leading up to the actual move.The job was to move a large cabinet from another residence to mine. I was so grateful they took the job. I had called around locally and all movers estimates, charging by the mile, were TWICE the charge from Pure Precision! They all started their fee from their office forward & back as well, to their office. I know that can be a standard, but this mover did not use that as their starting point. In the same way, Pure Precision's charges were so much lower. As far as their service, they treated this cabinet very gently. They wrapped it in a padded material, then wrapped the whole cabinet with a clear plastic, then secured that. Then they secured it to a wall in the van. The person that sold me this cabinet called me to tell me how gentle they were and gave them a thumbs up! Additionally, when I called initially, I was contacted by John quickly by email and continued communicating until I found a cabinet I wanted to buy. They not only treated me well but also my new cabinet. This was a small time move but I was not treated that way at all. It has been important to me to let you know all this because when service is this good from beginning to end, it deserves to be told and they deserve to be recognized. You will not he disappointed if you have them working with you on your next move, large or small. read more
