From my conversations with Maribeth in the office, through the on-site walk-through of my home with Brian, and the move itself with driver Brad, they were both well organized and considerate. For instance, in addition to explaining the companies practices and policies in detail, Brian was able to provide me with an inventory and bound estimate for my move which was emailed to me before he left my house after the walk-through! Both he and Joanne in the office were responsive to email and phone calls before the actual move date answering questions about logistics and packing. I was able to pay by credit card and review/approve all documents online in advance of the move. Joanne also personally called me multiple times throughout the move, pickup, and delivery to confirm that things were moving along smoothly. Driver Brad and his crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and efficiently on both ends of the job. They were friendly and considerate of both my home and my family, which is a valuable asset during a stressful move. Having worked with other moving companies in the past, it was clear that Corrigan practices great communication between their customers and staff. The result in this instance at least, was both great customer service and smooth move overall.

That was a lie. When receiving my container most of my furniture was damaged and not wrapped. My couch cushions were just thrown on top of a pile and terribly stained. 80% of my wood and metal furniture had damage after my long distance move. Even a cherry table which I listed as a high value item. Had a major gouge on one of the leaf extensions and three of my chairs were stained and scratched. I would say that if you value your furniture and don't want to deal with insurance claims. Stay away from this company.

If you're an able-bodied male or you own a truck, you've probably been approached by multiple friends and family with the hedging request of, "uh, hey, if I offer you food and beer will you, uh, help me move?" Well no longer do you have to feel guilty or forced: direct them to Always Moving! My husband and I worked 6 days a week long hours and really felt overwhelmed by the moving process. This company charged such a reasonable rate by the hour, brought all their own boxes, packed up all our stuff (pots and pans and toiletries and everything!) and moved everything to our new place while we were at work. They even took some of our stuff down to the dumpster for us too. We gave them all necessary keys and they did an amazing and hassle-free job at a very reasonable, if not cheap, price. There's nothing better than coming home from work to a place with all your stuff in it! I've recommended them to so many other people who have all said that they were a saving grace. Sometimes, saved time is WORTH the money. I don't usually rave about random services like this, but this company is doing it right. They took the stress out of a stressful situation.

Al got me in on a Saturday afternoon asking his guys to put me on the end of the day, making a short Saturday a long full Day for them! Some of my stuff was going to storage and some to families house. They were very helpful understanding and patient while I sorted through everything and helped me pack all mine and my kids things! When we got to my families home, the guys removed a medical bed out of my grandparents spare room and into their basement for storage. The second time they moved me was picking up from storage and my families house into a new place. Everything was placed into the designated rooms for me so I didn't have to swap all my furniture and boxes around myself. I really appreciated this, being a woman with children, this made it so easy for me to unpack and get settled! They also put the medical bed back and put it back together once my property was cleared from the space. My 3rd move with them was about 4 years later (December 2023) into a 3rd floor apartment in winter time. The company was on time, fast and handled my things with care. Even moving some of the furniture around when I changed my mind on placement so I didn't scratch my new hardwood floors! Kurry Ken and Mike are Great! You can definitely tell this is a family owned business by how genuine the workers are, they handle your property like it is their own. My bed wouldn't fit into my new place, Mike disassembled it in the yard in the cold and brought it inside and put the whole thing back together for me! I will forever use this company. From what I know, I believe this is a family business and it shows. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The movers were polite and worked very hard. It also seems that the owner is very hands on which is very hard to find with some companies. When we moved we didn't have any breakage but, we did purchase insurance just in case. As with any moving company we knew the risks and wanted to protect ourselves but the guys did a great job with no breakage! The rates were also very reasonable. When we moved out of our temporary residence in August, we checked with them to move us to our newly built townhouse. Unfortunately we checked in to reserve a time that turned out to be a bit too late to move us as they were already booked. When you find the right mover, or contractor etc ....plan ahead as far as you can so you don't have to use a less qualified company. A lesson that's hard to learn at any time in life.
