Citing "drive time" as the reason for only sending one mover without a truck, then cancelling at the last minute, is not an acceptable business practice. As a paying customer--and as a business owner myself--I understand unforeseen challenges, but I also understand accountability, communication, and honoring commitments. Your company was contracted to provide a full crew and truck, and instead I was left without the services I was promised, causing unnecessary disruption and wasted time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!***** We hired this company to help us move 1/10th from an apartment to our first house and I cant explain how many issues we had with them or the amount of stress they've caused. From the beginning i spoke with who i can only assume is the manager 3 separate times on the phone, i explained what furniture was in each room, explained how many boxes we had packed & specified we were still packing boxes so there would be more added, advised the only heavy load we had was a gun safe & even went on the website it was purchased to give as accurate a weight for it as we could. All 3 times on the phone he told us it would be a 3-4 hour job and all 3 times stated it would most likely only be 3. We though great this will be affordable because me and my husband were trying to prioritize saving money for our first baby due in just afew months and we are not well off financially by any means. He arrives with only 1 other helper. 2 of the "3 hours" came & went and i start panicking a little because it looks like barely anything has been moved and I'm worried about them going over 4 hours let alone 3, when i bring it up to him again he says it will be done within the time frame discussed then calls a third guy in. The moving took 9 hours. We had to pay almost 3 times what we were quoted, a completely devastating blow using money we had been saving for the baby, and i wouldn't have even been as aggravated about it IF THEY HAD DONE A GOOD JOB. Countless scratches, dents, and damages to not only the apartment complex that we'd have to answer to, not only our furniture, but the house we just bought 2 weeks ago that was newly renovated. They also lost the hardware to one of our 2 bedframes that they dismantled (and we've unboxed everything so we KNOW it wasn't in our house or the apartment). As soon as we paid they practically ran out of the house & i had to stop them at the door appalled that they'd leave without offering to help reassemble anything like they had advertised reassembly to me several times. They tried to leave with my husbands desk unassembled, both bedframes unassembled, the dining table unassembled, and our modular sectional stacked up on top of eachother like Jenga pieces??? It's literally just me (6 months pregnant at the time) my petite sister and my husband we don't have any male friends in the new city to help us reassemble any of it. After only helping with the sectional they left. After afew days of hoping he'd get back to me saying he found the hardware to our bedframe (me and my husband sleeping on the floor this whole time) I decided to place an insurance claim since i specifically asked him prior to signing the contract if he was insured for damaged items/property or lost belongings and he said yes 100% insured. Never mentioned their insurance company never pays out or takes responsibility for anything. After sending pictures of all the damages as requested all their shady insurance company did was try to blame all the damages on us, as if they don't advertise they wrap things on their own "professional" discretion. How were we to box or bubble wrap big furniture to avoid damage?? How are we to box or bubble wrap the wood floors we JUST refinished or the WALLS?? How are expected to take precautions for unwrappable things even though they advertise professionalism and being careful and using discretion?? Mind you they didn't use ANY moving tools, no moving blankets or furfure floor gliders, nothing to protect our floors or the furniture, we watched them scrape several heavy items flat across the floor, only used a small hand truck even for the gun safe which was no 2 person job but they only used 2 people for it, didn't have a strap to keep the safe in place so it kept falling sideways and we listened to one of the men grunting very loudly in pain as they struggled to keep it straight going down 2 flights of stairs. Scraped the carpet at the apartment not even discretely because it was ripped 2 inches high off the floor and their insurance tried to blame that on us that we didn't accurately give the weight of the safe even though we used the weight given on the safe website. The insurance's excuse for why they wouldn't compensate us for the lost hardware of the bedframe was that my husband "tampered" with the unassembling when he handed one of them the bag of hardware. I had to tell them 2 or 3 times that hardware was for the other bed we already put together not the bed i was talking about and they kept ignoring me. So on top of everything now we had to buy a whole new bedframe because they unassembled the bedframe to its bare bones more than what the company keeps to offer people. So much money wasted on HORRIBLE service. Absolutely no care or accountability. I will be taking them to small claims court. read more

Trevon, the owner, got a quote for my roommate and myself to move a short distance locally. I told him what we were moving and he helped to get us the cheapest package we could to get everything done. The two movers on the day were amazing! They were able to get everything done under 3 hrs to make sure we were within our allotted time, even with 2 trips being needed. I was very disappointed by these movers. I made an appointment to have them move my Arc Trainer. At the last minute they changed my appointment for the next day, without asking me if that was OK. I received a confirmation text that they were coming the next day at the same time. I was home at the scheduled time and they did not show up. The phone number rang and then said that the voicemail box had not been set up. I called and texted and received no reply or explaination. They basically blew me off without any notice.
