Chirashi Bowl is half the size it was & still costs $30, forgot the Tobiko Roe. *Chopsticks for size.

I've been going to A Thaiger since it was just a food truck off of the highway and I have to say tonight is the first night I was completly disappointed. Normally the food is pretty expensive but the portion sizes usually are fairly large so I disregard it. I do order some Thai food but I mainly order the Chirashi Poke Bowl, which is a $30 bowl but because it normally has around 15 pieces of sashimi so I understand. Tonight I waited an extra half hour passed the time my food was supposed to be done (had already waited an hour) and I received my food and it is quite literally half the size of what it was. Half the sashimi, almost no rice, and maybe a spoonful of seaweed salad which I really enjoy. I may go again to see if the other dishes are still worth it, but from now on I'll order the Chirashi Bowl at 2nd street sushi and get twice as much for the same price.

With Amor Taco's departure from the little restaurant near door into a food truck in Hamilton the regular feasting with our brews came to a halt. We are very pleased to find Real Flavors Food truck and Catering dropping anchor at BBC a few nights a week. Real Flavors offers a nicely varied and dynamic menu of tasty items from snackitizers like Parmesan & Garlic Fried Brussel Sprouts and Smoked Pulled Pork Carnitas French Fries to entrées such as Double Cheese Smash Burgers, Brickhouse Blonde Battered Fish Tacos, and Sesame Thai Chile Yin & Yang Shrimp Skewers with Siracha-Hollandaise Foam and Fried Rice Paper! We on the Double Cheese Smash Burgers, Brickhouse Blonde Battered Fish Tacos and the included side of fries. ALL delicious and PERFECT to match with BBC hops & barley fermented sudsy draughts. Prices are decent, service excellent, and order-to-delivery time very acceptable and swift! DO give them a try, you will come away full and satisfied.

There's a lot of decent food but Real flavors food truck is actually great. NOW 5 stars might seem a bit much for a food truck but I can vouch for 2 menu items. The fish and chips and the fish tacos. The fish and chips are good, I had them my first time and the owner of the truck hooked me up with a free fish taco to try out. The fish and chips where good, just French fries and beer battered fish with tartar sauce. Pretty good, but nothing compared to that fish taco. The fish tacos are baja style. Idk how but they managed to make the best taco in all of Montana that I've tried personally. It's not just flavor but it's bold, savory, juicy, and when you add avocado and lime it expands the flavor explosion and is such a pleasant experience and words almost can't describe how good it is. The crew is very friendly and have great service, if you decide to spend your hard earned money there... I promise you don't be disappointed.

Seeing this creative masterpiece, my curiosity got the best of me to stop by and see what it was all about. Thats when I discovered that it was a food truck! Naturally, I wanted to try the pizza coming out of this rig. Plus I wanted to help the local businesses. I asked for a menu to find out that there wasn't one. The owner, Donnie Speer (he introduced himself to me), who was very personable, then told me that he can make any pizza I want upon my request. He did suggest I try the "Montana Hippie" which has a bunch of veggies and pepperoni. I ordered that plus a "Meat Lovers" pizza. Let me tell you here that his prices are very reasonable! In Colorado, where I'm from, would've had to pay nearly twice for such a pizza! Wow! I was blown away by the wood-fired pizza that Donnie and team were cranking out of this pizza fire engine! They had generous toppings and cheese! I can tell you that hands-down this food truck has the BEST pizza I've eaten so far in Montana! Having lived in NYC for many years and frequenting the best pizza parlors in Chicago as well, this guy and his food truck can definitely rub shoulders with pizza in NYC and Chicago! You got to give this place a try! You just have to hunt-down where he might be on a given day. For that purpose, I've listed below his contact information. If you go on Facebook and search 'Donnie Speer', you'll be able to fine where his food truck will be. The Big Hole Pizza Company Donnie Speer (406) 491-3725

On its own, that's enough for me to give something a try but I only keep going back when it's great and this place is. Their standard breakfast and lunch menu satisfies nearly all tastes but their specials are always so good that I nearly always choose them. I really like that they use high quality ingredients and most of the produce is locally and organically grown so not only does it taste great but it's also nutritious. Prices are not insubstantial but the portions are massive - I always eat 1/2 burrito and save the other 1/2 for later. Considering that, it's really a good deal. The service is friendly and prompt. The ambiance is unpretentious - it's basically a roadside food truck so while you can sit outside and eat at one of the picnic tables on a nice day, I usually plan to grab and go. You can see from my pics that it's adjacent to the Rustic Hut on Interstate 93 on the outskirts of Florence, MT - pretty easy to spot as you're driving but can be missed if you're distracted. So overall, you're gonna get great food from nice, hardworking people and directly contribute to the local economy - that's checking a lot of boxes.
