Real Flavors offers a nicely varied and dynamic menu of tasty items from snackitizers like Parmesan & Garlic Fried Brussel Sprouts and Smoked Pulled Pork Carnitas French Fries to entrées such as Double Cheese Smash Burgers, Brickhouse Blonde Battered Fish Tacos, and Sesame Thai Chile Yin & Yang Shrimp Skewers with Siracha-Hollandaise Foam and Fried Rice Paper! There's a lot of decent food but Real flavors food truck is actually great. NOW 5 stars might seem a bit much for a food truck but I can vouch for 2 menu items. The fish and chips and the fish tacos. The fish and chips are good, I had them my first time and the owner of the truck hooked me up with a free fish taco to try out. The fish and chips where good, just French fries and beer battered fish with tartar sauce. Pretty good, but nothing compared to that fish taco. The fish tacos are baja style. Idk how but they managed to make the best taco in all of Montana that I've tried personally. It's not just flavor but it's bold, savory, juicy, and when you add avocado and lime it expands the flavor explosion and is such a pleasant experience and words almost can't describe how good it is. The crew is very friendly and have great service, if you decide to spend your hard earned money there... I promise you don't be disappointed.

On its own, that's enough for me to give something a try but I only keep going back when it's great and this place is. Their standard breakfast and lunch menu satisfies nearly all tastes but their specials are always so good that I nearly always choose them. I really like that they use high quality ingredients and most of the produce is locally and organically grown so not only does it taste great but it's also nutritious. Prices are not insubstantial but the portions are massive - I always eat 1/2 burrito and save the other 1/2 for later. Considering that, it's really a good deal. The service is friendly and prompt. The ambiance is unpretentious - it's basically a roadside food truck so while you can sit outside and eat at one of the picnic tables on a nice day, I usually plan to grab and go. You can see from my pics that it's adjacent to the Rustic Hut on Interstate 93 on the outskirts of Florence, MT - pretty easy to spot as you're driving but can be missed if you're distracted. So overall, you're gonna get great food from nice, hardworking people and directly contribute to the local economy - that's checking a lot of boxes.

If you've never had a Banh mi, it's a popular Vietnamese sandwich that usually has cilantro, cucumber, pickled carrots & daikon radish, a protein, and mayo or patè. Technically it just means "bread", and comes in many other forms, but the version above is the perfect sandwich and that is a hill I'm willing to die on. This food truck's Banh mi is easily among the best I've ever had. We stumbled onto this food truck having never even heard of it (while walking to another restaurant actually), and it miraculously had the one food we've literally been willing to drive hours for. Their Banh mi is not the most traditional one in the world, but it's wonderful all the same. The protein is smoked pulled pork and the chili aioli they use is fantastic. I look forward to finding this truck again and I hope they come to Bozeman some time!
