Found Flooring Distributors off yelp and so thankful that we did. Josh helped us on our 1st visit there. He was very informative about the different types of carpet and the different thickness. He showed us what they had in stock as that was very important to us. Because we did not have the time to wait 3-5 weeks to get carpet installed. After seeing what they had we returned and chose to go with LVP. They have a very good selection of in stock colors to choose from and the prices are great. On our return visit we worked with Jenny. She was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions. This was very important to me because we were doing the install ourselves. We got a great price for quality LVP, stair noses, and T molding. We would definitely recommend them and will go back for future projects.

What I got 3 days later late afternoon was a call from one of the representatives to let me know that the price was wrong and that carpet will take at list 10 to 15 days and that they could give a 6 percent discount. Totally unacceptable. Because I refuse to pay the difference they refund my money ( a invoice is final agreement of price I they didn't honor it) I call the owner Don and he just said to me tell your attorney to give me a call and hang up on me. As result I lost a lot of money because it was a contract with one of my best customers for what I make flooring Distributors totally Responsable. later on I When to an other supplier and find out that they could have that carpet in 3 days because all the books by Shaw with the name of "Quick" were in Los Angeles and it will take 3 days to get . When I talk them what happen they offer me to give me the same price of my invoice from Flooring Distributors. Unfortunately it was to late for me and now I have to take care of my customer at big lost thanks to Flooring Distributors. I don't want nobody to have a but experience like me . In 26 years as flooring contractor I never had a problem like this with any of my suppliers. Says tell your attorney to call us and hang up is not a very pleasing experience for us.

Some of the well-known companies I contacted quoted around $6,000 more than Artur's company. Artur offered the most reasonable price without compromising on the quality of the work. He also charged very little for moving furniture and was able to reuse our existing baseboards after repainting them, which saved us even more money. I was also impressed that Artur provided a detailed estimate shortly after our in-person meeting. The estimate clearly broke down all the costs, so there were no surprises. Artur also introduced me to a flooring warehouse in Sacramento. The staff there was very kind and even allowed me to take several LVP samples home so I could see which ones matched our house best. Another thing I appreciated is that Artur's company has its own employees, so I didn't have to worry about subcontractors. They completed the entire job on time, and I'm very happy with the result. Overall, I had a great experience with Artur and his team. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable and reasonably priced flooring contractor!

When I called the toll free number, a young Latina answered and while pleasant, had NO idea what her company's service area was! She proceeded to place me on hold, to "check with her manager" and after a couple of minutes - came back to the line and said she had spoken to her manager and that she would leave a message for someone to call me back... In disbelief, I reiterated my [very simple] question; "Do you service the El Dorado county area?" She said she didn't know (having JUST spoken with her "manager") and that she'd have to leave a message. Unbelievable. Who hires someone to answer the phones for a service-based business and doesn't train them in the basics of their company and the services they offer? To the owner of this seemingly professional company: Please take the time to train (or re-train) your staff so they can properly and professionally represent the business you have worked so hard to build. Needless to say, I told the young lady, "never mind, I'm not interested." Guess I'll be going to the next flooring company on Yelp who IS interested in my business.

Pro floors definitely values their customers and I would definitely give them my business again. Thanks again guys, you rock. This is honestly the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I was so excited to get new floors, I emptied my entire apartment onto my patio, they said they would be here around one. At three I began calling, A bit concerned that they were way past the window, they assured me they were coming. It wasn't until 6 o'clock at night they told me that they were not coming. I had to move all of my belongings back inside of my apartment as I cannot leave them outside on my open patio. They assured me they would come the next day with the manager, buy me some lunch and also give me a gift card for my troubles in addition to moving all of my belongings back outside for me. The manager came the next day, I do not remember his name he apologized, did not give me the gift card I was promised nor the lunch. It was raining that day so they were unable to move my stuff outside as it would get wet, but they assured me they could do the job by just moving my stuff from one side of the room to the other. They did, but did not cover anything, I spent weeks cleaning up sawdust. They also broke one of my picture frames and chipped one of my pots. Terrible experience, I am still waiting on my gift card, and to be compensated for the day of work I missed, And the hotel I had to stay in because I could not sleep in my oapartment. Do yourself a favor, and hire professionals.

Great work overall, with some caveats…read more Denis and his team performed excellent work installing new LaVie laminate flooring throughout our 1300 sq ft single story house, all at a very good price. It has been quite a few months now and I can't say I've noticed any issues at all with the quality of the installation. I personally was very impressed with how well they managed to get everything to-spec in-spite of our foundation being very non-flat. Rectifying this required a little more time and money, but this was well within our expectations given the existing state of our floor. We stayed in a hotel for four nights while work was being done, with work concluding close to midnight on the night we returned. Prior to install, we moved most of our belongings to our garage and let the installation team handle moving larger appliances and furniture pieces as they worked. That said, there were a few hiccups. The most alarming issue we noticed the morning after we returned home was the presence of work materials scattered throughout our front yard. In-addition to trim pieces and leftover chunks of floor leveler, the most concerning findings included about a half-dozen razor blades, a few reciprocal saw heads, and over a dozen cigarette butts. While Denis did offer to have his team return to perform clean-up after I raised this concern, I decided to act quickly on my own to resolve this in-order to prevent injury to my kids and/or neighbors' dogs. We have also noticed small locations of damage to interior paint, as well as some sort-of hard metal/saw residue on our guest bathroom toilet near one of the bolts where the toilet attaches to the floor. While some of the touch-up work, while annoying, won't be that difficult to fix ourselves, your mileage may vary and is something you have to take into account before approving work. As-of this writing, I have no clue if the toilet can be restored; it's mostly inconspicuous and not the end of the world, but still unfortunate. All things considered, I would consider using Radix Flooring again, but probably only after moving-out of or before moving-into a dwelling, and only after comparing quotes from flooring companies who offer detailed cleaning as part of their contract. I would also beware if you're fussy about your lawn. We fortunately aren't lawn aficionados, so there was no lasting damage from the debris, but the crew needs a work area on your property to cut material and it will be up to you to contend with the state of your manicured lawn after everything is complete.
