Of course this effects their good, long-time customers the most as new people are offered a deal, but those faithful customers who really pay the bills are shafted again and again. I put my down payment on four separate credit cards and none of them were refunded. I had to go through the hassle of disputing all four cards to get my money back. Steer clear of this company!

Three (3) weeks seems reasonable to me to wait without getting impatient. I did send an email a few days ago asking about the status of my refund.
