All the units are open on the top with only a thin mesh screen as a ceiling which any thief could easily pull back and gain access to the unit. I feel sure this has happened. My main complaint is with the crippling price increases. When it changed hands they immediately raised the prices significantly. Now, only a few months later they are raising them again! And these are not small price increases. Of course this effects their good, long-time customers the most as new people are offered a deal, but those faithful customers who really pay the bills are shafted again and again. So I am looking for a new place now. Can't do business with these people.
