One thing that is vital to whether or not I'll use an establishment again, is Customer Service - yes, that is in caps specifically because it is so important to me. My partner and I were both asking questions and I was really impressed by the way that when he responded he made a point of including both of us in his answer with great eye contact and the feeling that he really cared that we walk out with all of the information we needed.
