Once you're moved in and committed, they change the price textbook bait and switch. The employees are friendly, but the tactics are deceptive. Additionally they have so many cars and boats parked that it's impossible to get a spot near your unit. You have to park in the farthest away spots from the door. Very happy to be getting out of there and saving almost $250/mo.
