The crew Joshua, Jonathan, Jaxson & DJ treated everything as though they were moving cartons of eggs. They were so polite kind & considerate. We worked together for two full days. Their attitude was always positive. I was SUPER nervous that something precious to me would get damaged in such a move. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The pricing although not the least expensive of the (4) movers we interviewed, was reasonable & fair. Nick, thank you for sending us such a wonderful moving team ! So refreshing to find people who still take pride in their work & keep their word. DP moving & storage deserves 10 stars ! We would use you again & recommend you to everyone !

Yesterday afternoon we had the pleasure of meeting Caroline. She greeted us kindly as soon as we…read morearrived, she quickly addressed all of our questions. Without skipping a beat she invited us to view the different sized units. And had the whole process completed within minutes. On our second trip to relocate our stuff for safe keepings we inquired about vehicle storage. Apologizing for forgetting to ask her about it before, she laughed it off and went right to work. She found us a great spot (vehicle needed to be towed). She had us set up in minutes placing a cone with our name on it so we could have the tow truck driver find it with ease. Caroline we were cleaning out my friends mother place whom had recently passed on. We didn't mention this before but after the painful and draining week we just endured your kindness meant the world. Thank you very much for your professionalism, your knowledge and your upbeat energy. Being a first time storage of America customer I will recommend with confidence to friends and family. Just hope every location is lucky enough to have a Caroline. Best wishes

Not willing to do long term leases at all. Within 6 months of renting from them we got our first increase by $50/mo. This kept going up and with increasing frequency to where we were getting two notices a year of increases as "market" adjustments. We got in the mail a few days ago a new of course increased rate now up to $432!!!! As of today we have turned in our notice of vacancy and have gotten a new storage unit. Same 10x10 size with Climate control. Price.....$189. Basically back to where I was a few years ago. Be very very aware of this place. The new place I'm at now only goes up once a year!!!! Additionally they have so many cars and boats parked that it's impossible to get a spot near your unit. You have to park in the farthest away spots from the door. Very happy to be getting out of there and saving almost $250/mo.
