A few days after securing the unit, I moved my belongings in after dark. My unit is on the third floor, and I had multiple trips to unload my van. During that time, I repeatedly encountered a man wandering throughout the building. He was moving between floors and elevators, not carrying anything, and appeared to simply be roaming. Each time we crossed paths, he stared intensely and made me very uncomfortable. At one point, I saw him exiting the women's restroom, even though the men's restroom was clearly unoccupied. This added to my concern. For a period of time, he and I were the only people in the building, which felt extremely unsettling. I've rented storage units for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like this. Typically, people are there briefly to load or unload items -- not wandering around aimlessly after dark. Two days later, I went to the front office to report what happened. Derek and Tim identified themselves as property managers. When I described the individual, Derek immediately knew who I meant and told me he has 24/7 access and is a long-term "resident." I found that response confusing and concerning, given that this is a storage facility, not a residential property. What troubled me most was how my safety concern was handled. Derek was dismissive, argumentative, and spoke to me in a condescending tone. He did not apologize or acknowledge my discomfort. When I asked about transferring to a first-floor unit for safety reasons, he was again dismissive and unwilling to help or provide any alternatives. Customer safety concerns should be taken seriously, and professionalism from management should be the standard -- not the exception. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Women especially should use caution when visiting this location after dark and consider bringing someone with them. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

They said this has never happened before but it's happening now and I'm sure it won't get better. Not only is this storage facility clean and very secure (2 points of entry required), but they prorate your rental charges depending on when you start and when you move out (which is a nice change from the traditional storage unit model). However, the real excitement happened to me yesterday. I cleaned out my unit Sunday and went to the office to close out, but I was too late and they had closed. I made a note to call Monday afternoon. Midday Monday I got a moveout confirmation letter. Turns out they do rounds twice daily, noted that my lock was gone and the unit was empty, and they took care of everything for me! When I need storage again, there's no doubt where I'll go.

We have met the woman on the weekends and the weekday staff; all great people that are accommodating and pleasant to work with. They were pretty full but they had a couple of units to work with and they were able to get us in right away. The facility is air conditioned, clean, and is organized really well. They offer a lot of equipment to roll your stuff to your unit and they have a big elevator. It's not 24 hours but they have good enough hours for us. We feel good about our decision to keep our belongings here.
