You can't even call it service--it was an absolute nightmare. One of the container upon arrival, only the cheaper perfumes were left inside. The high-end, niche perfumes over $2500 worth were completely removed, and what's worse, the bags had been cut open--not from the seal, indicating clear tampering. Whoever took the items seemed to know exactly what they were doing, as only the expensive fragrances were targeted. There was no documentation of removal from the Custom, so clearly someone else removed them. To make matters worse, the one of the Airtags I had attached to the shipment was missing. This kind of unauthorized removal and tampering is unacceptable, and I would highly advise anyone considering this service to be cautious. To make things worse, customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with. They don't respond or reply with attitude. One representative even hung up on me because she couldn't handle talking to two people at once. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
