Didn't tell me there was a problem with the steering, just waited to see if I figured it out on my own, which I almost didn't, my girlfriend caught it. When I brought it up he said, "oh yeah, I felt that too." So he knew there was a problem and didn't disclose it. Turns out a connection was loose on the shaft and came out when I turned the wheel in the parking lot rendering the truck unable to steer. Good thing it didn't happen in the middle of a corner, I could have crashed and died. When I brought that up he got belligerently mad, which is what people do when they're caught red handed, they try to shift the blame to the person calling them out.

We got a great deal on the new car, which made up for the loss we took on our trade in. To top it all off, he stayed 2 hours past closing to finish all paperwork to drive an hour home to his pregnant wife, so our family really appreciated his service and our kids love the car.
