I purchased a 2005 Toyota 4Runner from BeeBack Motors in December 2013. Gerad was very pleasant to work with while purchasing the vehicle. My only complaint to Gerad was that the key he gave me when I purchased the vehicle was not the same key he provided me when I test drove the vehicle. The key I was provided with was bent and Gerad advised me he was going to look to see if there was another key and get back to me. That never happened. Gerad advised me that I had 90 days to get my extended five year warranty on the vehicle. I called Gerad on several occasions starting in January to receive my extended warranty. Gerad advised me when I purchased the vehicle it would only be approximately an extra $23/month so why not. Well, every time I attempted to call Gerad I was asked by him to please call him back the following day to remind him so he could get some quotes together for me. I provided him with my VIN number as well as the mileage that he needed and again, never heard back from him. I work 40/week myself and I do not have time to call Gerad daily to remind him to do his job. I tend to work from home time to time and in February I called Gerad again about the warranty and he apologized to me. He said he knew he dropped the ball, he never drops the ball and he would make things right. He told me that he had recently had a dentist appointment the day before and he was still a little groggy and to please call him back the next day to remind him again. This is not acceptable. I tried to give Gerad the benefit of the doubt and I never received a response. I even went online as though I was interested in a vehicle and sent an email request for someone to please call me to get this resolved. Nothing happened. I am now passed my timing with the extended warranty as Gerad dropped the ball and did not complete his job. My husband has gone down to BeeBack in person, I now have a vehicle that I purchased less than seven months ago and because of the bent key provided to my by Gerad, it has caused my iginition to stop working. I found this out the hard way going down North Tuolumne Road with my two kids in the back of the car. The car completely died while driving it, which is a hazard and puts my kids' lives at risk. The only person who has been somewhat helpful and has tried to help all he can is the mechanic Chris. That was up until today. I have been communicating with Chris the last few weeks and last Thursday July 3, 2014 Chris advised me that he could order the key and tumbler for me for $158.00 and the connection piece for approx. $60.00. Chris said he had to do a little bit more research as my key has a chip in it. Chris stated that he would do some more research, talk to the owners and call me back the following Monday, July 7th 2014. Monday I never heard from Chris, I called him at the shop and he said he needed to talk to the owners and that he would call me back; he never called me back. I called the shop around 2:30 and a female answered and would not even let me speak. She advised me that she was the owner, that she had already looked at my file and there was nothing that was going to be done. I called back because I wanted to know her name for my records as the research I had done did not match what she was telling me. When I called back and asked for her name she told me to stop calling. She said if I continue to call that she will call the cops on me and she ended the phone call. I have been trying to communicate since January and I have been pushed off the back burner. Gerad knows he dropped the ball and now is not willing to make things right. Instead, he called the cops on me to have a Sheriff call me to advise me to stop calling. After hearing my side of the story, I was advised by the Sheriff to take this to small claims court. I tried to give Gerad and BeeBack Motors the benefit of the doubt but now I am left with no other option as they have decided to treat their customers extremely poorly and unprofessionally. My safety and the safety of my children are now at risk. The fact that I continue to get hung up on and no one will even communicate with me is absolutely unfair. That is not the way to run a business. I manage over 20 employees and we deal with clients on a day to day basis and if we ran a business like that and spoke to our customers/clients the way I have been treated, we would not have a business. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, Call Kurtis, the DMV and the Union Democrat as well. My hopes are that all of your customers are not treated this way. All I wanted was to make things right as I was told by Gerad and Chris. I wanted my five year extended warranty and because of an employee's negligence I am now past that time frame. I have my call logs of all the times I called and talked to Gerad, this has been the worse experience with customer service I have ever experienced. read more

Well, i work 2 full time jobs, so my hrs are not normal hrs. I called up Bee Back and told them what I'm looking for. I'm a mother of 4, 2 9 yr old girls who are exact opposite and and a prepubescent 15 yr old boy, and the other one is 18 he just don't. So every time we want to go somewhere its the same fight, same argument usually always ending in "forget it, we are not going" I needed a bigger car. I told Tom that i need room, Im too young for a mini van, and stupid selfish immature other lil things like a moon roof tinted windows DVD player. They the Mommy in me.. I need 4WD or AWD and told him how much I had to work with on top of what i want my monthly car payments to be. After 3 or 4 days of harassing Tom through txt msg ( I work 2 full time jobs cant spend all my time on phone. when my jobs are to already be on the phone) we came to a compromise. Tom says just come on down and check it out... Ok, ill be there... I walk on the lot and i meet Tom for the first time after days of emailing and txt. He chuckles at me and says in the car lot, Do you even know which one is yours.... LOL, Nope. He Points to my Acura a perfect color not too flashy but perfect, once I opened the doors to this car and started the engine I knew, My kids were not getting in my new car. Matt and Tom are awesome if there was a 10 button I would give it to them not only was there customer service Beyond satisfactory, but the little things that were wrong with the truck they fixed right on site not a problem no questions asked, besides their customer service being at 10s they were very professional, helped us with our payments and got us a very good truck at a reasonable price with low mileage. All the cars and trucks on the lot were in excellent condition, low mileage and very fair priced. Matt and Tom Not only was their approach and delivery 100% real and satisfactory I did not feel like I was being hustled or pressured into buying this vehicle. Just recently my wife and i went to beeback motors because our vehicle broke down and we rented a car from hertz which was costing us a hefty some of money it was 250 a week and that was so we could get back and forth to work. We tried all kinds of dealerships the ford subaru up here in our town then felt we needed to go to a bigger city due to ford not helping us get a car with no money down so we went to the stockton automall and yet the same hurrdle we needed 2000 down due to lack of credit or bad credit but the sales team at beeback motors werent going to let us down like all the others have so far. I recently purchased a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer from Bee Back. I knew what I was looking for and found it here. The car was a great value!!! I had priced it out on CraigsList and Auto Trader and they were competitive with private party prices. I would have actually paid a little more for car of this quality. It was super clean and runs like new. I understand buying a used vehicle sometimes means you have to over look a few small thing, but there have not been any small things to overlook. A pleasure in the used car buying experience. The tires were practically new and so where the brakes. They said the old brakes had just less than 50% which so they changed them to new. I guess that is part of there safety policy they said. Most dealers I doubt would have done that. I had my mechanic look it over and he said it should run for a long while minus typical repairs for a car of it's miles. My overall experience was positive with the vehicle. Needless to say, I was dropped off and ended up driving home. Here is why, customer service. I like to buy everything online to avoid bad customer service. However, Bee Back Motors' customer service is like a majestic unicorn paving a rainbow road through the treacherous Candy Cane Forest to your next car. No one likes to spend a lot of money out of need. Bee Back Motors genuinely made me feel that they were giving me the best possible deal in my time of need. There was no reason to haggle because they already beat my local (Sacramento) and the Sonora area's prices by a large margin. I have to be very honest with this review. I was slightly skeptical approaching buying a used vehicle. It was the first time I've ever purchased one and I needed something that would be reliable and get me through the snow. A Subaru was the only thing on my mind when I showed up. I had my eye on one in particular. Chris helped me out and we took it for a spin and went over a few things when we got back. Looked at the Carfax and everything. My heart was set. I am so happy I purchased my car from Bee Back! I live down south where there is a lot of competitive lots. While I was in Sonora visiting family they suggested I stop in and look at Bee Backs inventory. Earlier that day I had stopped at another used car lot in town and was extremely unimpressed. I purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from bee back on 10-30-17 after first viewing the vehicle on 10-28 and getting a price and mileage from the person on duty (very nice and professional but I did not get name). We went to Modesto and checked vehicles and pricing, we found one comparable vehicle 2 years older but with 9,000 less miles and a price $2000 higher that dealer said the vehicle that we looked at in Sonora sounded like a good deal. I checked pricing on the internet and compared vehicles available within 250 miles and decided to go with Bee Back Motors. Tom took care of all my questions and when I pointed out the date of the battery and the checking on the tires, without hesitation said they would replace with new. I have put over 700 miles on the vehicle and it is all i expected and the service and professionalism in this transaction is why I am giving 5 stars. Hi I paid $7000.00 cash for fully load 2005 V.W. Jetta Well on that test drive I noticed a Little surge and was told just bad gas (I am not a mechanic) so hay I believed Him (tall man real dark hair and has a BIG problem with LYING!! with a SMILE) the back passenger door would not lock the tall man with dark hair said i know the problem ! I will order the part and call you when it comes , and he did then he put in wrong now the door is permanent locked. I have to rave about this place, as most people hate the process of buying a car and the typical salespeople at a used car dealership, but these guys are amazing. I bought a really nice truck from them over the weekend and you would have thought I was buying it from a friend. They have a huge inventory to choose from and are just so nice and patient. I had been looking awhile and finally found just the right truck and these guys were polite and made the process effortless. My wife and I bought a 2014 Ram 2500 Cummins diesel from Bee Back a couple of months ago. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and how kind everyone was there. I couldn't believe that even the owner himself (Matt) and his wife went out of there way to make sure we were satisfied. Like with any vehicle there are always hoops to jump through i.e. paper work that gets held up at DMV or something, this was NOT the case here.
