Nichole's team has come by twice now to do a cleaning for my home. They go above and beyond to make the place look brand new, plus helps in terms of organizing and having a very functional home. The first cleaning, they really took the time to do a deep cleaning of all the kitchen grease and left it sparkling. Prices are extremely reasonable. $65/hour for two people to come is a great rate. I needed an apartment refresher cleaning asap, but I ended up having to work the day of my appointment, so I ended up letting the team in and leaving for work. Loved these guys! We have a home of two seniors, an adult with a bad back...and a whole lotta stuff!! They didnt seem the least bit intimidated. I've been completely happy with A Plus Bay Area Cleaning. They are diligent and have always done a great job for me. In addition, they've been reliable in keeping every appointment, and communication has been consistently good. They always text to let me know what they start and when they finish, which I appreciate. They also check in with me to make sure I was happy with the cleaning and to ask if I have any special requests. This is everything I could hope for. What impressed me the most is that we have some unusual requirements for the job ... a lot of stairs, a lot of baseboards, high ceilings, etc. There was a little bit of learning curve on the first 1-2 visits, but the team did an outstanding job (entirely on their own) of thinking about the work, and then identifying the right tools and the best approach. I used their services 3 times now for a bi-weekly cleaning of my apartment and I am completely satisfied. Communication with Stephanie is great, they are clean, fast, reliable, good value for money and they don't use any chemical smelling cleaning supplies. The apartment smells nice and looks clean and polished, and they do a great job, even in these hard to reach or not obvious places behind the toilet, around shelf legs or under the counter top. Nicole and Dion came out to do the cleaning here and they did a fantastic job. Even when their vacuum cleaner broke because our house is filled with long haired people(oops?) they managed to finish up the carpets and surfaces, even getting things like the ceiling fans/oven & microwave, and other things that I've seen other cleaning services charge extra for all under the normal hourly rate. They also fixed a small problem with our kitchen sink and has said that they can easily fix some of the other small malfunctions(clogged vent, stuck faucet, etc) so I'll be calling them back out for that for certain. All in all they get, well, an A+! read more

Aplus gets an A from me! I hired them for a move out cleaning of a single family home and her crew could do it all: inside, outside, yard, garage, driveway, every surface. Strengths: local business (San Leandro), flexibility, price, communication, and expert recommendations. Nichole and her crew are cheerful when they interact with customers, confident in their abilities and proud of their results. She is available and responsive through the yelp in-app messenger. Concerns: the level of detail I expect is sometimes missed by parts of her crew. The results are not literally "spotless". For the price, it's really awesome, but I found myself having to do some work afterward on the easy to miss things or the things that take a long time. It seems like some surfaces they just wipe once and move on. But other places they did a fantastic job making it look like new! Recommendations to potential customers: 1. have a detailed task list or check list ready for the crew at the very beginning so they can give you a better estimate of how many hours it will take. Check on it and remind them of specific tasks that are important to you. 2. Be available by text, email, or yelp app. Nichole basically does everything like sending invoices and business communication on her phone. 3. Have cash or PayPal ready. 4. Listen to their recommendations and work together to achieve the results you want. 5. If you have a ton of trash or junk or whatever, it might be better (faster but more expensive!) to rent your own truck or hire a hauler to take far away from your home to the dump or recycling or donation centers. read more

I am extremely disappointed by the service provided by the owner and her partner. We needed a service ASAP before our furniture was moved into our house and HeAther was able to fit us in next day which was great. She text me to let me know she'd be late and that was fine. I had an appointment I had to get to so I told them to let themselves in since they were late. The two of them spent 4 hours in my empty house and after they were done/upon inspection, half the windows were not clean and 1 of the bathrooms hadn't been touched. I'm not really sure what had been done in 4 hours because it didn't look much different at all. Heather admitted they didn't do a great job on the bathroom and they missed some windows as well as the garage and laundry room and she offered to come back. We agreed on a day and time and she didn't show up. I texted her 30 mins later and She had had a family emergency involving her cat but I at least expected a text or call to let me know. I will say she called me back and apologized profusely and asked to come another day but at this point we were livid and not wanting them back. My husband and I spent the rest of the day cleaning all the windows and the bathrooms ourselves. I am angry I spent money with this company. I consider this unprofessional and a waste of my time and money. I wish I had spent my money with a different company. read more
