Took my puppy to get his first professional grooming. His hair was covering his eyes and he looked pretty scraggly. When I went to the shop, everyone was so nice and sweet to him (he was shaking and scared because he's my Velcro dog). They asked what I wanted, and I described to them. They even called me a bit later to re-verify how I wanted his legs cut. I couldn't be happier with the haircut. They did exactly what I asked for and my pup looks so handsome. Will definitely be back.

I was looking for an affordable groomer in the area for my chiweenie Salem. I found a pet affaire! I love this groomer. The last time I brought in Salem, she was recovering from an ear infection. Justin explained to me how to properly clean her ears post infection so it doesn't happen again. I really appreciated it. Another time we had her scheduled for a bath and she got diarrhea the morning of. I called Justin and told him, he told me to give bee pedialite. I feel he is very caring about animals just based on the encounters we've had. I am extremely cautious of where I take my pets for grooming but I do trust them! I recently brought my kitten, I like how they offer that too. It's hard to find locations who will groom a cat. This service is amazing and they are quick too! Thank you

I'm glad to have found this place! So far I've taken my cat twice. Each time my sweet furry friend has looked so handsome and clean and fresh! He's been so calm after his bath and cut. Based on his demeanor, I can see how skilled the groomer is, my cat has had a good experience each time, he was ready to play once I brought him home today. Will 100% be back again. I happen to stumble across this groomer while my car was getting worked on. I was shocked and excited to have found a groomer so close to my house that grooms cats! It was very quick and easy to make my appt. The owner was very kind to me over the phone and took 10 minutes out of his day to answer any questions I had. Thanks, Justin! Week day appts are readily available. If you want a Saturday appt, you'll probably have to wait a couple weeks because they naturally fill up pretty quickly. I have gotten my cat groomed many times and this is by far the NICEST grooming job he's ever gotten! I'm very happy with their services. Their prices are really reasonable too. For "the works" which is a clean up, bath, and hair cut it was $85. The bandana they put on your pet is such a cute touch too. Thanks again! Tip for cat owners: give your cat some sort of calming aid before drop off. That's a good thing to do regardless for grooming, but considering there are lots of dogs getting groomed in there, there can be lots of loud barking your kitty will have to be around for a couple hours. Keep in mind that if your cat is extremely anxious and not used to dogs, this might be a very stressful environment for them.

Absolutely love this place. After many told me "they don't do cats" they gladly accepted my Siamese/lynx point mix to have a bath, cleanup trim, and nails done. They were so nice and did a great job with him. The bandana was icing on the cake so cute. I will be bringing him back.

A great little grooming spot nestled in, of all places, an industrial area. While the location may seem a bit odd, A Pet Affaire does amazing work. Before I brought one of my kittens here I spoke with one of the owners using the Yelp chat. They were very great at offering services and providing accurate pricing. I was even able to set up an appointment for the same day! A Pet Affaire has varying options of what grooming can be done with prices that beat their competition. Not only are their prices awesome, but so is their work. They were able to give one of my kittens a much needed trim and bath. I was nervous leaving her there as she has never had any grooming done so she may have been frightened but the staff at A Pet Affaire handled her with care. When I picked her up shortly thereafter she was calm and looking great with a little heart bandana too! I will be taking my pets here from now on!

Best haircut my pup has gotten! $55 for the works for my teacup Yorkie, which is a bit much, but I asked for a teddy bear cut, and she executed rather nicely. They were very friendly, and he was done in 2 hours with a cute blue scarf. read more

They did a good job, but I guess they have never cut a Standard poodle before. My dog looks funny and it will take months before I can get it fixed. I told you I'm not looking for a bargain, just make her look pretty. I didn't even ask you to fix it for free, but you just went off at me. read more

What a great place this is. My Gina is in and out and happy! They do it all if you need it - it's real important that gina has a really good brush sting and since I've been taking her here I've hardly had any trouble with her shedding. I absolutely love this place! I will never take my dog Dash to Petsmart or Petfun again. They are fast, kind, animal lovers! They listen to your requests and honor them. They have never accidentally cut my dog. My dog is a very nervous dog but he does not mind coming here! My dog gets the works: bath, hair cut, nails trimmed, anal glands expressed, he even returns with a cute bow tie or bandanna! Free teeth brushing for military members! I'm so glad I was able to find Pet Affaire. I usually take our dog to pets smart but after getting serviced by APA I will not be going back to PS. It's a friendly atmosphere and they did such an amazing job. They did a clean cut and trimmed and filed down his nails. Stacey and Justin have been grooming the fur babies in our family for the past 10 years. My 9 yr old labrador has been going to A Pet Affaire since he was 5 yrs old, he doesn't get into the tub unless it's bath time with Stacey and Justin. I take my labrador here for routine baths, haircuts during warm weather & for teeth cleaning. Prices are great, the quality of their work is awesome. They also send the pets home with cute bows/handkerchiefs around there collar, it's a nice finish on the freshly groomed fur children. They really have a way with pets & I recommend them for your fur babies' grooming needs. read more

My maltipoo unfortunately had her ear cut and had to be taken into surgery at Petco . After that unfortunate incident i was very happy a friend referred us to Pet Affaire. I never have to wait more than 1 hour for the full works for my dog. Their service is what I wish every place of buisness would be ! They greet you upon arrival and give helpful tips for he best care of your pet. The pricing is very reasonable for the great work they provide ! I can't say enough about the service and recommend you and your pet to come enjoy their services. read more

Took my husky puppy for her first grooming appointment here, and I couldn't have chosen any other place over A Pet Affair. Right off the bat, Justin and Stacy talked so sweet to my puppy and carried her to make her feel so welcomed! My puppy is extremely playful and jumpy, but when coming to pick her up, they told me she did an excellent job! They just know how to take great care of one's pet! I selected the "the works" and they did an excellent job. My puppy came out so white, soft, and smelling super fresh! I went today as my second visit to get "teeth brushing" and "ears cleaned"--an awesome job once again. read more

This is a hidden gem indeed. First time there and was very impressed with how they handled my Mickey's bathe from start to finish. Even the finishing touch was awesome (Star Wars bandana). I usually go to Petco but there I had to wait for hours for his bathe and worry because he was in a kennel with other dogs. But Pet Affaire had it all together, no kennel sharing, on time appointments, and fast and accurate service. I will be coming back for his monthly bathe and take advantage of their other services as well. read more

So I'm currently on deployment and my friend is watching my fluffy man, so long story short, the previous ppl watching him didn't do a good job with taking care of him :( and well my friend (who is caring for him now) Took him in, and the owners of pet affaire were so considerate and actually expressed concern over my fluffy (not so fluffy anymore) kitty. His hair was so matted when he came in, they called my friend to tell him about the situation and what they needed to do (shave the little guy, now he looks anorexic compared to his white mane LOL, it's really not so funny but you should see him) I really appreciated that they called rather than surprised him about the entire fiasco, and I'm happy to say you have a lifelong customer as soon as I get back home. read more

They never fail to disappoint us! Affordable and very nice people. Helped us out when our puppy got fleas. Only con is they're always booked so you have to wait a couple days to get an appointment. Call at least a week ahead for an appointment don't expect to get your dog groomed the same day. I have two huskies so it's expected $80 each but here they charge me $90 in total for my pups YES IN TOTAL. They also offer free teeth brushing (with military discount only). They bathe your pups and gatos with organic shampoos!! As said before they get rid of fleas for you which is included in all the batheing packages. read more

We took our Maltipoo here and they did an awesome job, others places he would come with fleas and a skin rash but not this place. They are also great with customer service and they recognized I needed some help as I came in with two babies and they even helped me to my car. This is our permanent grooming place! read more

I am a new customer to pet affaire, my dogs looked like they were runnin with bob marley they had dreeds and were a hot mess. The people at pet affaire made them look like they roll with the stars. My friend recommended this place . I am so glad I went . I called in the morning and they squeezed me in . I have to golden retrievers . One has skin issues and normally when I take her to get groomed her coat looks and smells good for a week . Well I took her here and they where amazing . Her coat looked great and she smelled great for way over a week . My boy dog came home smelling good and looking fresh . It was well worth the money . I highly recommend a pet affair, there professional , friendly , helpful and their products are awesome. Give them a shot you won't regret it !! read more

I'm always nervous to trust someone new with my dog, and I could not be happier that I took her to A Pet Affaire! It is easy to tell how much the owners deeply care about dogs, and my girl was so happy when I picked her up. Her grooming was impeccable (and I'm admittedly particular about how she's groomed). The level of TLC was amazing and the price was beyond reasonable. Already booked my next appointment - can't recommend highly enough! read more

Just took my pet Venus to get the works and I have to say they are amazing. I loved the way they included my kids to choose the color for the small bow they put on our cat at the end of the service. If you want to take your pet to a place to be treated good and get an amazing cut I definitely recommend Them. read more

I chose their works package. My two old girls look like new dogs after their visit! I'm very happy with how my dogs were treated. I felt that they were handled gently. When I walked in to pick up my little dogs, the lady(I'm assuming owner) was being very sweet and taking the time to soothe a dog she was trimming. She even took the time to talk with me about my dog's allergies, and recommended a food brand that has worked for her dog. Very much appreciated! read more

These guys were so amazing with my four dogs. I was a horrible customer, almost an hour late for my appointment on a Saturday, and they were still very sweet and took my dogs anyways. My dogs were soooooo happy and looked so great, even my newer rescue who is afraid of everything. The price was reasonable, especially for how good they looked! I highly recommend! read more

This recent visit I experienced disrespect from one groomer named Debbie who made disrespectful, in- appropriate comments about me when she thought I had left. F U DEBBIE for making fun of my voice and talking shit behind my back and then mocking my voice to your coworkers. You have no balls to say that to my face and obviously seem like a grumpy employee who is the face of Happy Hound when you should be cheerful and happy greeting ALL clients with respect. Whose fault is that for being so grumpy? Leave your problems at home if you cannot be happy working where you are. You clearly do not value a loyal customer to Happy Hound. Why would you talk this way about clients??? From now on I will specifically ask to have my doggies booked when Debbie is NOT working. What a shame that Happy Hound employs bullies who make fun of customers. I love you Paola and Ashley for always taking care of Winnie & Mochi especially taking into consideration Winnie's wound on her ear that was important to me. Upon picking our dog up, they were told by Coleen that she will no longer be accepting/providing service for our dog because, "she is not cooperating". She made the claim that our dog would keep pulling her paws away. This was the first time a complaint like this was made about our dog. Likewise, upon coming home, I noticed these razor burns on our dog's stomach. The times we've taken our dogs to the groomers, this has also not been an issue, and when I myself have shaved her stomach, this has not been an issue. No wonder our dog was eager to leave the establishment. We are definitely less than satisfied with the work.

This is WALL-E, I've taken him to so many grooming salons and each one has told me that he get…read moreaggressive/ overwhelmed and he's just bad to groom, which always would make me super sad because he's such a sweet dog he's never shown any signs of being aggressive to any other dogs. So I was expecting the same comments when I picked him up! To my surprise they send me a text of him playing with their dog Nala, and updating me that he's been a god boy so far and he's just a very curious dog. Which made me so happy to hear! Because I never ever get good comments for him, over all I'm glad I took him he came out looking very handsome and smelling good! I appreciate groomers who don't just shave off a dog because he has a little matting and I could tell they took their time and brushed out his mats he had, over a 10/10 experience I will be back!

A Pet Affaire has the nicest two people working there. my dog, Osita, looked and smelled so pretty. They didn't even flinch, when I told them she is very temper mental. I was able to pick her up about an hour later. I could hear ,Osita, talking...and they still had all of their fingers. read more
