Took my puppy to get his first professional grooming. His hair was covering his eyes and he looked pretty scraggly. When I went to the shop, everyone was so nice and sweet to him (he was shaking and scared because he's my Velcro dog). They asked what I wanted, and I described to them. They even called me a bit later to re-verify how I wanted his legs cut. I couldn't be happier with the haircut. They did exactly what I asked for and my pup looks so handsome. Will definitely be back.

I was looking for an affordable groomer in the area for my chiweenie Salem. I found a pet affaire! I love this groomer. The last time I brought in Salem, she was recovering from an ear infection. Justin explained to me how to properly clean her ears post infection so it doesn't happen again. I really appreciated it. Another time we had her scheduled for a bath and she got diarrhea the morning of. I called Justin and told him, he told me to give bee pedialite. I feel he is very caring about animals just based on the encounters we've had. I am extremely cautious of where I take my pets for grooming but I do trust them! I recently brought my kitten, I like how they offer that too. It's hard to find locations who will groom a cat. This service is amazing and they are quick too! Thank you

I'm glad to have found this place! So far I've taken my cat twice. Each time my sweet furry friend has looked so handsome and clean and fresh! He's been so calm after his bath and cut. Based on his demeanor, I can see how skilled the groomer is, my cat has had a good experience each time, he was ready to play once I brought him home today. Will 100% be back again. I happen to stumble across this groomer while my car was getting worked on. I was shocked and excited to have found a groomer so close to my house that grooms cats! It was very quick and easy to make my appt. The owner was very kind to me over the phone and took 10 minutes out of his day to answer any questions I had. Thanks, Justin! Week day appts are readily available. If you want a Saturday appt, you'll probably have to wait a couple weeks because they naturally fill up pretty quickly. I have gotten my cat groomed many times and this is by far the NICEST grooming job he's ever gotten! I'm very happy with their services. Their prices are really reasonable too. For "the works" which is a clean up, bath, and hair cut it was $85. The bandana they put on your pet is such a cute touch too. Thanks again! Tip for cat owners: give your cat some sort of calming aid before drop off. That's a good thing to do regardless for grooming, but considering there are lots of dogs getting groomed in there, there can be lots of loud barking your kitty will have to be around for a couple hours. Keep in mind that if your cat is extremely anxious and not used to dogs, this might be a very stressful environment for them.

Absolutely love this place. After many told me "they don't do cats" they gladly accepted my Siamese/lynx point mix to have a bath, cleanup trim, and nails done. They were so nice and did a great job with him. The bandana was icing on the cake so cute. I will be bringing him back.

A great little grooming spot nestled in, of all places, an industrial area. While the location may seem a bit odd, A Pet Affaire does amazing work. Before I brought one of my kittens here I spoke with one of the owners using the Yelp chat. They were very great at offering services and providing accurate pricing. I was even able to set up an appointment for the same day! A Pet Affaire has varying options of what grooming can be done with prices that beat their competition. Not only are their prices awesome, but so is their work. They were able to give one of my kittens a much needed trim and bath. I was nervous leaving her there as she has never had any grooming done so she may have been frightened but the staff at A Pet Affaire handled her with care. When I picked her up shortly thereafter she was calm and looking great with a little heart bandana too! I will be taking my pets here from now on!

This is my first Yelp review ever. I was just so incredibly pleased at the service I recieved, that I had to write one! I took my three pups to A Pet Affaire after much research. I'm the type who researches literally everything. After finding this place to be the best rated, I decided to try it out. Mind you, I've never taken my pups to the groomer because two are very timid and get anxious with new people, and the other one is very talkative and sensitive. I brought them in, and my little chihuaha started shaking after hearing some of the other dogs bark. I started to get a little nervous, but the two owners took my pups with such care and ease that I calmed down a bit. Their variety of services is incredible along with their prices. They also give free teeth brushing to military families which was a plus. They told me how long it would take, and it actually ended up being less than that. They were super quick, 2 hours for all three of my pups. When I went to pick them up, my retriever who has super curly, thick hair was groomed beautifully and my other two pups looked so amazing and smelt even better. I was so so impressed and relived. The owners were so sweet, and so good at what they do. If you are in need of a groomer, look no further. This is your place!! read more

They did such a lovely job with my dog, Angel that I referred my sister to bring her dog here. Prices are good, service was awesome! I could tell they really did care about animals! Husband and wife team are always on point with their customer service and you can tell they take pride in their work because My dogs Slug and kiesel always come back feeling soft and smelling great. My favorite overall is my dogs are usually ready within 1 hour turn around time. read more

I've been taking my Nariah to Justin and Stacy for many years now, and I absolutely love their work! Justin and Stacy are so great. Patient with the animals, and fair with pricing, they dont just take the easy way out with your dog, by shaving them. They do however, take the gentlest approach when grooming your pup! they are always there to help assist, even giving help getting my huge golden doodle in the salon. I moved here recently and had very bad experience with other groomers in the area. I am happy to say I have been to Pet Affaire a couple of times now, and without a doubt, I have found a new home for all my grooming needs! read more

I was looking for a place to have my cat's claws trimmed. Every other place I went to would not separate my cat from the dogs. Fluffy has a hard time with dogs. These people were so kind. They had me come in early before the dogs arrived. They even left their cute, little dog in their car until Fluffy was done, which only took a few minutes. How kind and considerate is that! They also did an excellent job unlike other places I have been to. Your pets are in good hands with these people. read more

This place is awesome! Anytime I'm just simply too lazy to give my dogs (Labradors) a bath, I bring them here. They have always been accommodating at getting them in same day. I've always had an issue with my dogs coming home feeling "greasy" from whatever other groomers use, but they only feel soft and very clean everytime I take them here. The owners are super friendly and amazing to the animals. This definitely my go to groomer for my fur babies! read more
