Over my entire time with StateFarm, I have only had one issue where the claims department wanted to file my claim as collision instead of comprehensive. When I reached out to Armando for clarification, he assured me the increase was temporary and unrelated to the accident. He even mentioned that future months would return to my original rate. This lack of transparency ultimately led me to switch providers.
