When I reached out to Armando for clarification, he assured me the increase was temporary and unrelated to the accident. He even mentioned that future months would return to my original rate. Trusting his word, I didn't double-check my bills for a while -- which, in hindsight, was a mistake. My rates never actually went back down and continued at the higher amount. This lack of transparency ultimately led me to switch providers. I'm sharing this so others are aware and can keep a closer eye on their billing, even when working with someone who's otherwise well-reviewed.
