It was late and he needed to call the company to find something out for me, regarding a discount. He NEVER called me. That was when I decided to take my 4 potential cars to get insured elsewhere. They need better training and better customer service. I definitely will NOT refer to any of the parents who have new drivers. I am a high school student mom, we all give each other referrals. To be frank, it was the most engaged he was with me during the entire length of his representation as my agent. He was fired from Farmers and I was passed to another agent in 2023. His office operates like a scam. His assistant would answer emails on his behalf, still signed "Jasen Ha" and she was for the most part clueless and unhelpful regarding my car insurance, home insurance, etc. When I did need help due to a collision, Jasen laughed on the phone at me. Do not trust this scammer and con man. Shame on Farmers for allowing him to operate his business as long as he did. P.S. The photo shoots Jasen and his staff have taken to appear "professional" are hilarious and should tell you everything you need to know about how he conducts his business: purely for show and self promotion.
