ONCE UPON A TIME...I had heard nothing but good things about this company. Thus, I recommended them…read moreall the time; however, when I scheduled my own service with Bill, the owner of this business, while we had a specific timeline for an appointment between 9 AM and 10 AM, owner didn't make his first attempt to call me till 1120 on a very tight scheduled day. He then stated via txt he would be out of his current job within 30 minutes and could see me in the next hour.! 12:30pm! There was no call and no show during the scheduled 9 to 10 hour window. As a fellow business owner of over 44 years myself, I find this very unprofessional! I had other things to do. Merchant got upset and called me a bunch of names after I aired him out online. When I talked to the merchant later in the day, he did not want to reschedule or wait till the time when cooler heads would prevail. So the hardest thing I have found to open is a 'closed mind.' I wished him nothing but continued success but for my Review is unfortunately a -10. And I'm the customer. Prior to this friends, I had faithfully referred no less than 100 people to him and he never bothered thank me one time for any of them. On my first attempt to have service with him myself, he was. a NO CALL! NO SHOW!
