Great experience today with VC lock and key. Came out with a 30 minute call ahead so I could leave work and meet him at the house. Saved me having to take all day off and wait for hours for him to show up. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, asked for my approval on certain steps to be sure I was getting what I paid for, cleaned up as he went from door to door. Everything he did works and we now have 2 keyless entry doors to our home that we will have hooked up to Alexa. We didn't have the correct Alexa, so we ordered and will hook it up when it arrives. Victor offered to come back to hook up the Alexa to the locks if we couldn't figure out how to do it. We called Victor on a Sunday a few weeks back to ask about service. He proceeded to get details from us, looked up and placed order for material and had an estimated schedule of service before Sunday evening. Followed up with status of materials being shipped and got us on the schedule a week earlier than we had expected. Today he came as scheduled and did what he said he would do.
