Josh, our salesman, seemed to have a keen eye for filling out his inventory and we were the beneficiaries of that and, at a fair price. Within an hour from inquiring, I got a response that the CX-5 was available. I decided to check it out a few days later. Charles was friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. The car was ready and waiting for me to look at. I decided to drive it and did not buy that day just to consider options - no problem. Went back 2 weeks later and bought the car for a fair price. Paperwork and delivery was all efficient and communication excellent. No games! I also worked with Josh, who is Charles' partner, and he was equally helpful. The car is great, had 1 owner, no accidents, was well cared for, etc. I hesitated mainly over the mileage but in the end the Mazda CX-5 is perfect. I would go back again to look for a used car. Very pleased with the experience overall! Thank you!

Rob, knowing I was late for my workshop and freaking out about how I was going to get there AND how I was going to get home, took my car in immediately, found the problem and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. The coolant hasn't leaked since (been over a week) and everything is running fine. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Thank you for knowing how to fix the car and for being so accommodating. In April 2023, it started leaking water from the rear view mirror housing. Took in for service and they stated it was a known issue, due to the sunroom roof seal shrinking and causing the sun-room drains to clog. They replaced under original car warranty (5 year or 50,000 mile). Same issues happened recently. Took car back in and they said they seal needed replacing again and no longer under warranty ($800), even though it previously happened and they "repaired it". Car has been in for all regular maintenance. According to maintenance paperwork, it receives a multi-check inspection. I asked them about this inspection and why it never caught the shrinking seal, which according to Volvo is a known issue. No answer. When I asked if I was going to have to replace this again in 3 years, was told there is a 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty and seal should last 5-6 years.??? Not true as I replaced it 3 years ago. Not happy with service and will NOT be coming back her for regular service, when other options are available.

I would like to share a very unpleasant incident that happened to me and my family at Volvo Cars West Springfield. I am extremely upset, and this situation has caused me emotional and mental pain. On Monday, April 27, in the evening, when I was driving with my child, my Volvo had two flat tires. I was very scared by what happened. Volvo Roadside Assistance towed my car to the dealership I'm writing about. Our insurance for new wheels, which I changed just 3 months ago, includes new tire coverage in certain situations. The woman at the reception who took the car from me promised that she would do everything possible to speed up the replacement process. However, she completely ignored me after that. She didn't answer my calls and was very dismissive. I have personally visited the car dealership several times. Each time, she told me that she didn't know anything yet and that I needed to wait 3-4 days. She kept repeating that the request was in the "pending" status, but did not provide any real information about my car. I stood there holding my baby in my arms and asked if everything was okay, but she ignored my questions. I also asked if I could rent a car to visit a doctor since I don't have transportation. She didn't help. After three days, there was absolutely no progress. I was extremely upset and emotionally exhausted. I took the keys and headed for the exit with the baby in my arms. When I left, the woman at the front desk representing the Volvo dealership "used profanity." I hope my experience will help others. No one apologized to me. I want this situation to be reviewed and made public.

They were patient with me going above & beyond to check out & address all of my concerns. Tony was kind enough to wait for my wife & I to show up after hours to sign the paperwork as we weren't able to leave work before they closed. They registered the car for me & called me a day before it was supposed to be ready to let me know I could pick it up. It only took 2 days after signing the paperwork before I was called to come get my new car. A few days after picking my new car up, I noticed a vibration when braking. I called Tony to let him know & he advised me to drop my car off at my convenience as this was around the Thanksgiving holiday. (No questions asked, no attitude, just great customer service!). I dropped my car off, and they gave me a loaner vehicle. When I picked my car up (the very next day), they had fixed the vibration by replacing all 4 brake pads & rotors to ensure I didn't have any issues moving forward. They even noticed a ripped wiper blade & fixed that as well. I highly recommend Auto Point if you're looking for an affordable used car. The entire experience was above & beyond my expectations! My son purchased a vehicle from them in early January and less than three weeks later the car broke down. Our Mechanic found SIGNIFICANT issues (including one very serious safety hazard) which were not shared by dealer. We had asked to bring the vehicle to our mechanic prior to purchase for him to inspect it but dealer said he didn't have any plates to put on vehicle for us to do that. (What dealer doesn't have dealer plates??!) Should have been a flag I know! But he assured us the car was in GREAT condition, soooo we trusted him. BIG MISTAKE! I reached out to them immediately after discovering issues and asked him to remedy the situation in good faith. Told him that we would even be willing to except a reduced amount on the refund so as to resolve it amicably. He immediately said NO and then proceeded to accuse us of 'breaking the car and making those issues (that were clearly there for a long while) ourselves in the 3 weeks we had it. Shame on me for not finding these other reviews before we bought it. He's done this very thing to many others and his attitude clearly demonstrated to me that he's got ZERO shame about it.
