Contact me if you do not provide towing service and if this is the wrong place I'll fix my rating. You have a driver causing problems with random women at grocery stores then becomes a coward when a man steps in. We dealt with Evan both times in securing our car loan and both times went seamlessly. He is very personable and professional. Joe Rodger's was a salesperson for the second car ( unfortunately, I forgot the name for the first car) and it was actually fun. He even was good with our dog, Coco. Not planning on any future cars but would definitely go back to Haddad Subaru! Side note: Earlier this year we bought a car at Coggins in Pittsfield. It was 4 months of run around to get a title after paying cash for the vehicle. Like night and day with Haddad. Coggins didn't even do the inspection - told us there was a place down the road we could go to get one.

My Saab, recently off warranty, has been serviced by two dealers who, while 'ok', were never worthy of my affection. Today, after visiting Performance Automotive, and having John look over my girl, I feel like she and I have found a trusted advisor. I had heard of this place before, and of this famed 'master Saab mechanic', but today was my first chance to experience a devoted, experienced Saab professional. Saab-ulous!
