And I had several infusions at another doctor in a few months prior to that. I've since found an amazing naturopath that has had no issues with my insurance, BUT she also knows what she's doing. Months after my infusion(during covid) I was contacted by then telling me to pay my bill. Confused, I said they had informed me that my services were covered. They said my insurance covered one and agreed to a second and then changed their minds. How is this my issue? Now, almost two years later, they email again telling me to pay.
