Recently I went in to get some wrapping paper to wrap books for a book swap and I was so pleased with the quality of the wrapping paper for the price. I was nervous that it would be see through, but it was not see through in the slightest. I got so many compliments on the wrapping paper at the book swap! Once I run out of hand soap I really want to try their waste free options! The staff are amazing and so helpful! Furnaces and parts for them are available here. Sinks, faucets, drain parts are all here as well. Only 2 employees, so if you live in the neighborhood, you can get to know them and make this your one stop shop for hardware. You can look around in here, but you should really ask to find what you need because some of the stuff they carry is in the back. I really enjoyed my short time here because it reminded me of the hardware store I grew up visiting with my Dad when I was little.

I stopped by toward the end of the year and they had a nice selection of holiday-themed items. The store is of course geared toward home furnishings but they have some gift-type items as well. As far as I can tell, they most likely rotate what they showcase in the store as the season goes but many things can be purchased online. During my visit, they happened to be doing a monthly wine tasting and I proceeded to sample several wines. The wines can be purchased in-store and online. Even during these times I would like to "see" things as I shop (but maybe don't "touch"?), and Two Chicks District Co. is worth a visit. The store isn't big but depending of when you go it won't be a full house. Parking can be found along the street (metered) or in the lot across the street.
