We needed to replace fixtures because of a leak that was causing damage to a bathroom in our home. Online shipping costs and delays, return issues, and the need for DIY installation led us to look for a reliable local store. I called Jack London Kitchen and Bath, and was helped by Kevin, who is fantastic. In one fifteen minute trip, instead of hours agonizing online, he helped me pick out all the fixtures. The price was as low as anything I had found online, had far better styling, and matched our design aesthetic perfectly. Installation was arranged and occurred the day after I went to the store. The process was seamless and the finished product fantastic. I could not recommend this store more highly based on my experience.

Palazzo's team made the entire process seamless and stress-free, from design and material selection to planning and construction. Rebeca, our designer, was professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. What impressed us most was her understanding of both design and construction. Because our project involved moving plumbing and walls, she ensured every design decision was both beautiful and practical. She thoughtfully guided us toward a timeless design, reviewed the estimate thoroughly upfront to set clear expectations, and remained involved throughout the project. Arturo, our project manager, was wonderful to work with. He was experienced, dependable, and easy to talk to. It was obvious he genuinely cared about doing the job right. He kept the project organized and on schedule, stopped by several times a week to check on the progress, and was always available whenever we had questions. His leadership kept the project running smoothly, and we always felt confident that the project was in good hands. The construction team - Rolando, Rodolfo, Cesar, Freddo, and Jorge - was fantastic to work with. They were always punctual, respectful, highly skilled, and a pleasure to have in our home. They kept the workspace clean and organized every day, and the quality of their work was excellent. Rolando and Rodolfo handled the demolition professionally, Cesar kept the project running smoothly and paid close attention to every detail, Freddo did a great job with framing, molding, and painting, and Jorge's beautiful tile work truly elevated the finished bathroom. Remodeling can be stressful, but this project never felt chaotic. Everything stayed organized, and we always knew what was happening. The finished bathroom is beautiful, functional, and turned out even better than we had hoped. The project was completed on time and within budget. Throughout the process, it was clear that Palazzo is a well-run company that takes pride in the quality of its work and cares about its customers. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and would confidently recommend them to our friends and family.

We had a complicated situation since we were gutting and redoing a condo in Walnut Creek, while we were living in LA part of that time. Shawn worked at record speed getting permits, ordering materials, and communicating with us on hundreds of details. He uses high quality vendors and when we were in town, we were able to visit the carpet supplier, the workshop of the custom cabinet maker and the warehouse of stone to pick out stones for kitchen and bathrooms. Shawn always offered a range of options from less to more expensive. Shawn has a wonderful flare for design and helped us pick out furniture, fixtures etc and stopped us when we were going in the wrong direction. Yet he respected our sensibility and vision. He worked feverishly to get us into our house. His crew was working in a community with many rules and we were told repeatedly by neighbors how polite and respectful his crew was. Shawn was accessible and responded quickly to calls, often answering himself. He gave us an estimated time of completion and met it. He turned somersaults trying to meet the deadline. We came in on the original estimate. any additional costs were due to upgrades at our request. The quality of the work was outstanding. We have been in the house 3 weeks and can appreciate the excellence. Finally, we truly love our house because of the beauty of the design, the stone and woodwork that feels timeless and the excellence of the work done. Thank you

I…read morevisited their store several times (too many times to count) to select new kitchen cabinet hardware for our kitchen remodel. I never had an appointment, I was always a walk-in. I was always graciously helped by Kris and never made to feel that I was there too often or being an inconvenience for not having an appt. I was able to purchase and return sample hardware pieces to see how we liked them at home on our cabinets before making a larger purchase. I never would have thought to ask to return the sample pieces but Kris offered it as an option, and it was very helpful in allowing us to bring several samples home to choose from at no cost to us. Even after placing an order for all of our hardware, we decided we didn't like the knobs we chose for a few of our cabinets. I rushed another knob order on Amazon so they could be here in time for our hardware install, and Kris still happily returned the first knobs for us, despite me not reordering them through her, and refunded my money, all very graciously and without any attitude whatsoever. I'm very impressed with her service. We love the hardware we chose. I priced out our hardware online with a handful of online retailers and to my surprise, Belmont had them all beat. Add to that Kris' wonderful customer service, and I have no hesitation in recommending Belmont Hardware to everyone I know.

The samples we liked in the store didn't match the final delivered product. The color was off and the texture was just a print. Not the sample we had seen. Also, I would be very careful going to Porcelanosa, their quality seems good in the store but when you get the final product at home, it is not that great for the price you pay. The stone-looking tiles have a blur pattern that is fake and stamped on and that is not what we saw on the sample in the store. On bringing this up to the team at PORCELANOSA, they said that their batches can vary in color. This was also not told to us when we went to buy the tiles. We wanted our floor tile to be light and the walls to be darker. We ended up having the floor and the wall tiles look the same. The Vanity also was not constructed well. The doors would not align straight. And the customer service is not very good. Not helpful and pleasant to work with. The return instructions we not clear and the whole process was a very bad experience. And they don't provide pickup of the damaged items. Bless Eva's soul because I was so indecisive with my backsplash and the countertop. I kept going back and forth and changing my mind at least 3 times. They were so booked out until August so finally my day came last Monday and it only took the guys 4 days to complete. During the process of planning, Eva asked me to send in measurements of my current kitchen so I did. She worked her magic on her computer and gave me mock-up of my kitchen. I told her I wanted to add another counter with cabinets since I was lacking that with such a small kitchen. Even after confirming the placement, I changed my mind weeks later and decided on an island. Eva and her contractor came to my house to do final measurements, which made me feel relieved because I didn't trust my measurements. I ordered the Kingston cabinets in the gray ash finish. It is beautiful and lights up my kitchen. To compliment that, I went with the Bianco Swan quartz countertops. I wanted a farmhouse sink and gave the measurements of that to Eva since I bought it elsewhere and it came out beautiful. Everything is beautiful! One thing I really commend JQ for is being super clean. They laid down ramboards to protect the floor and there wasn't any dust in my house. They always vacuumed after themselves. I had a kitchen remodeled before from another company and they were so messy. Dust everywhere, empty water bottles everywhere and they're measurements were so off that I couldn't use a drawer or cabinet. So having JQ do my new kitchen at my new house was truly night and day. I recommend them and I hope you see the quality in their work.
