Veggie Noodle Bowl / GF, V

Not too convincing. I ordered bibimpap and noodle bowl. Bibimbap: it's served in a stone bowl but it's room temperature. I understand that it might not be sizzling stone bowl bibimbap, but at least the rice should be hot/very warm. The bowl was cold. Everything in the bowl from veggies to rice was room temperature. Noodle bowl: surprisingly this bowl is warmer than the bibimbap. The bite size tofu is good. All the veggies seem fresh though. Both dishes have tons of veggies, which I appreciate a lot. Overall this place offer healthy/gluten free options, but the flavor is just not there.

Everything here is so delicious and comforting, and the folks are so nice! Prices are reasonable and portions are great, especially for Boulder. It's our go-to Korean in the area! Plus great vegetarian options!

I really enjoyed my meal! I used both sauces and it really elevated the flavor! I'll be back for more!!

Amazing bulgogi and tea! Brian was very accommodating and friendly. Will definetly be back.

Amazing bulgogi and tea, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Brian was super friendly and accommodating!

Vegan dumplings and Jasmine tea.

We have been to A Cup of Peace twice in two weeks and expect to be regular customers. We've been here once for lunch and once for dinner and both times the employees were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the food. As vegans, who are also gluten-free, it was very comforting that the staff seemed to know exactly what was in each dish and how to modify it, if necessary. We twice had the burrito with a gluten-free rice paper wrap, and tofu. It was delicious and easily enough to split for two. The miso soup, which can be added to a meal for a small charge, was warm and comforting on a winter day. We also really enjoyed a cup of Jasmine tea, and had the hot water refilled several times to just sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Many people seem to come here to enjoy the peace, sit and chat, or perhaps even work. We will definitely be back!

Certainly not bibimbap ‍

If you're here for bibimbap, go somewhere else. Their "bibimbap" meat tastes like cut-up reheated hamburger patties. No bean sprouts, no glass noodles, no spinach, and their choice of rice isn't the norm for bibimbap dishes. It just ends up tasting like a strange salad bowl from any other restaurant. Service and Ambiance were fine. Hopefully they change their recipe.

Terrible food. Terrible service. Worst korean food I've ever had. I lived in Korea for several years, this is trash food at best.

Portion size has been reduced substantially, at the same price or more. Sad. I won't be buying anymore.

We were greeted by a great hostess with an excellent sense of humor. They were able to accommodate our party of 7 at a round table that still had plenty of elbow room for all of us. Our server, Michelle, greeted us right away and provided recommendations on their coffee and drinks. She was energetic and fun - we loved her genuine interaction with us! The food came fairly quickly considering they were nearly full. I chose the cinnamon roll French toast (chef's kiss!!) and hubby had the basic breakfast. We shared our meals so we could each have something sweet and savory. My niece had the Heartland Skillet and said it was to die for! I don't think there was much on the menu where you could go wrong. And bonus - they offer a breakfast cocktail for 99 cents with an entree order. You can get up to 3. This is an excellent choice for brunch (service and food!) and we will return next time we are in Boulder!

It was busy when we walked in and all the tables were full and then we were offered outside seating which we didn't know they offered. They have three tables outside and it was nice in the sun. The menu has a nice selection of typical breakfast options. They also have burgers as I saw one walk by on its way to another table. Service was good even though we were outside. Chicken fried steak - 8/10 - this was one of the better ones that I have had. The hash brown potatoes were crispy and delicious and the sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly . Oatmeal - 6/10 - hard to have amazing oatmeal, it was fine Pancakes - 7.5/10 - these were light and airy, yummy, and huge (they were the size of the plate) This is a great place to frequent.
