The power washing went awful. Joshua used too strong chemicals and did not wash them off properly,…read moreand my siding is severely stained. I sent him pictures, and he was shocked with how the house looked. I had to hire another pressure washer to wash off all the excess soap as Joshua wasn't available to come out until the following Wed. Unfortunately, the newly hired pressure washing company could not remove all the streak marks. The siding was stained. I let Josh know and he offered to come out the next Wednesday to power wash the house again, and scrub it. It did not help at all. I will acknowledge that Joshua did do everything in his power to rectify the problem, but the siding was too badly damaged. Big problems arose after I asked Joshua to file a claim with his insurance company. He doesn't have insurance and issued me a certificate of insurance that expired in August of 2015. Joshua Wagner does NOT have insurance, and is NOT a registered PA contractor. After extensive research and speaking with a YAPD detective, he is supposed to be registered under the guidelines of the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act. Please be careful when contracting with Clear Sights Power washing as any damage that may be done, he can not be held liable for. Of course, Joshua didn't intentionally damage my siding but this is why PA requires their contractors to be registered and insured. The major problem with Josh is that he blatantly lies over and over about having insurance even when presented with evidence from his own insurance company that he is no longer a customer. He likes to throw around that he has an attorney when he doesn't. Joshua conducts his business in a fraudulent way, and it is unfortunate because his lies will catch up with him. He is a young guy making mistakes that will affect him for his entire life. If you choose to do business with Josh, please request a valid certificate of insurance, and call to make verify that it is not expired. Josh presented me with one where he had blacked out all of the pertinent information.

We had a sunroom built by Garrety Home Pros and everything was great, we were very happy. The…read moresunroom roof then began to leak and we called them 3 times to report the issue. We never got a response, then I happened to run into the salesman from Garrety that sold us the sunroom and I expressed our disappointment. He was helpful and the next day we received a call from Garrety to schedule a time to come out and repair the leak. The repair man came out twice as it continued to leak after his first visit. Well, it's still leaking and we are concerned about the structural integrity of the roof and ceiling if the room continues to leak. For a project that cost almost $100,000, we really believe Garrety should do a better job standing behind their work.
