I ended up paying $373 for the 2.5-hour job ($149/hour) and upon closer inspection after the job was complete, I found that one screen was not cleaned, some screens still had dirty edges, all the window frames still had uncleaned dirt, and the invoice had a mistake. I reached out by email Sep 18, sent pictures of the errors, and requested a partial refund. They declined to provide any refund and provided no apology or recognition of their errors. They did state that I should have called back within 5 days so they could have come back to check, but I replied in 6 days. Nowhere on their website, quote, or invoice was this 5-day policy mentioned. I would not recommend them. It took me 2 additional hours to correct the problems myself.

(-)They don't charge until after the job is completed and per their policy they "process payments within 24 to 48 hours after your job is done. We do this for 2 reasons, first & foremost, to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our services and at that time we would know the actual time cleaning". I only gave them 3 stars because I provided my feedback that there were several items still dirty such as the outside surface of oven, bathroom toilet paper holders, kitchen sink faucet. They charged the full amount and didn't offer to come back and fix my concerns. When we called Mike, he asked us to provide an itemized list of what didn't meet our expectations- we just wanted the house to be cleaned. Mike made arrangements to meet us at the property on Sunday morning to personally clean the house while we loaded the moving truck. On Sunday morning he sent a text message stating he'd forgotten about a previous engagement and would no longer be coming. When we told him this was unacceptable, as we had already picked up our moving truck and had just this day to move, he called yelling tha he was doing us a favor since he doesn't usually work on Sundays, and that his wife had reminded him that he had to go to church this morning so he couldn't come. He said now he wasn't going to come at all, and hung up. $450, one filthy house and an emotional outburst later, we're moving in.

His accusation about prior communications was because I inadvertently used my personal and business emails over the past three months to get a response. He didn't respond to either. However, I signed each email with my name so he would know it was the same person. I also left multiple phone messages, which went unanswered. The fact that I have a detached structure is irrelevant because I paid for a service for a one level structure. When I posted the review above on AAA Cleaning's Facebook page, he responded "fuck you." When I told him that was unprofessional, he deleted my responses and then posted my private address online for all to see.
