They were the lowest bid but the red flag should have came when I felt I could smell alcohol on Bob. Maybe it was mouthwash... at 1st the communication was great but once the job was completed but my leak was still not fixed I became a second thought, there was always another job. The owner TJ was actually helpful and professional he did get someone out right away but sadly the leak took 3 more attempts to repair. This went on for over a month... My bill was $1200 but if the repair couldn't be fixed after the 1st attempt $400 would go to a new contract for a full roof replacement of around $8000. I would have been a fool to sign a new contract. Sadly a crew was dispatched a 4th time and thank God one of my security cameras saw their 25ft ladder fall and damage my wife's car. It was like pulling teeth to get my roof fixed and the insurance information to file a claim. One of the supervisors Ricardo came out and he was very apologetic and not only did he repair my roof he produced the information needed for my claim. We need our small and local businesses to succeed and hopefully they will but when it came to my experience with Bob there was no consistency or any level of comfort. As hard working paying customers people deserve more, therefore I would not recommend Aero or use them once I need a roof replacement. Maybe you'll have better luck but your research

Basically the whole top of the house. The owner TJ gave me a really good price relative to other estimates. The work was done in stages. It took 6 days but each day they completely cleaned up, and it was not easy because of camellias and azaleas growing against the house. They covered the bushes to protect them. When the job was done, I had an issue or two, as I am kinda picky, but I went ahead and paid my balance and hoped they would come back. They did and fixed everything to my total satisfaction. A really good job and very reasonable for the amount of work. I will be going back for more renovations as I can afford.

This roof is separate from the roof that covers the major portion of the house and has to be handled separately. I sought estimates from three companies. One was unavailable for 2 weeks (with major rain predicted), one came in with a higher price, and Dan Parks Home Improvement came in with a more reasonable price. I found this company to be reputable, and they were also willing to work on the weekend to get things finished before the weather turned rainy again. I was happy with the quality of the work, the timeframe for completion, and the price. After they completed this work, I hired them to do some other repairs, including work on the chimney (which I already knew I was going to have to do eventually) and repairs to gutters with installation of gutter covers (another project I had been considering). Edit for follow-up: This company also spoke to my insurance adjuster and helped me get approval to proceed with repair without waiting. The insurance adjuster visited this morning, inspected the roof, and approved the claim in full (no adjustment except for the deductible).

So, I went through 7-8 contractors to ensure I got the right one. I eventually picked Rollins. I'm so happy that I chose them to do the job because the guys were precise, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed their job. That showed up in the work. The roof looks terrific. There is no sign of shoddy workmanship. Everything is crisp and sharp. I genuinely feel like I got excellent value for the money--I rarely feel that way. Yes, replacing a roof was expensive, but it was worth it because I no longer have the stress of whether or not the old slate roof will fail. Now, I can think about more important things in life and just get on with it. That alone was worth the investment. I will work with Rollins & Associates again and recommend them to friends and family.

I was very happy with the end result…read more So I started this journey years prior when we had a couple of days of down pours. There was a slight dribble of water on an overhung portion of my dining area. I called some homeowners and asked about the options. After speaking with several I thought to wait, but got a second opinion from Harview roofing just to be sure. The salesman came out, looked at my house, and told me I still had about three to four years on the roof. He offered to replace it, but said it could wait too. So I started researching what were the best options of roofing contractors. Then I got opinions from friends, and finally two years later, after another set of down pours, I called for estimates. Then I had groups visiting with overpriced quotes: some offering 50 years warranty instead of 25, or storm chasers offering to work on my behalf with the insurance companies, and some who shared their products and had the A+ ratings from BBB and/or Google. So I combed the ratings and found Harview, with the same guy coming back offering a free quote. Now in those years I learned to look for the following: A company who has been in the roofing industry for decades. (No fly by nights) A company who hires their employees versus ones who sell the job to a low bid contractor. (Someone who hires roofers and not carpenters.) A company who offers different manufacturers for quality products. (Options) A company who has a good warranty for their products and craftsmanship. (I think all do.) Free estimates with no pressure to sign. (Most wanted me to sign something and have my partner sign on that same day.) A company that offers a few payment options. A company who wouldn't force us to put in a new gutter or soffit system. (Ours was done 6 years prior and was working.) So it came down to two companies that were willing. But Harview hit the mark for longevity. So I called the company and the salesman came back out, but he was the owner too. He had been to my house several times before. Everything felt right. All the above boxes were checked. All that was left was the install. And after the install, I can tell you I found two small errors. Some flashing was a bit loose and a railing pole was off. I called the next day and by the following day it was fixed. So I walked around the house and I have zero complaints. They removed my direcTV antenna, encased my chimney and cleaned the perimeter, which never looked so nice. I mean they cleaned the materials but also took the excess leaf piles where some materials might have fallen. And the price was competitive. If you are considering roof replacement, call Joe at Harview for a quote. Thanks for reading, and add a thumbs up if you use them.

You see, I had been through this estimate process before, and I definitely got the crap served to me, something about being a woman doing this is definitely something else... Anywho, he was straight up with his estimate and it was fair. I love the fact that they are a family owned business, you can tell with the way they interact with you and the level of respect that is given to their clients. My install was quick and painless!
