The lack of communication was frustrating, but it happens and I edited my review as they made it right and we worked through it. We rescheduled for Monday and she knocked off some of the price which was already very good. The crew was a bit late but they worked very hard. Not perfect, but I will use them again. I didn't ask them to do the skylights and that is on me, not them. Again, great value and hard workers - they have earned my repeat business. Communication and invoicing could be better, but nobody is perfect. We can all do better. Also, forgot to mention we used them for gutter cleaning too last winter. Same communication and invoicing issues but that's OK. They got the job done and a fair price.

Perfectly Maid was referred to us by a neighbor and expected good results. Brittany came to assess…read morethe areas we wanted cleaned, and the team came out for the initial 'deep clean'. As it's my husband and myself, I keep our home pretty clean and organized but due to some health issues decided some help was necessary. The cost for this 'deep clean' was $446 which I thought was pretty steep, esp. since the areas covered were the kitchen, great room, hallway and bathroom. The living and dining rooms are having new flooring installed so they weren't included. A few weeks following their visit we were going to have some company so I decided just to 'tidy up' and run the Swiffer around the hardwood floors, under the couch, etc. Unfortunately I pulled out 2 AA batteries that I'd dropped and went under the couch when working on Christmas decorations in late November.. There was also a roll of tape I'd used prior to Christmas. Confused I decided to check the bookcases, etc. to see how well the dusting was taken care of and again, unfortunately, found it was a pretty lame job. Items weren't picked up, were just dusted around as was evident when I picked something up and found a ring of dust outlining where the item was placed. Our sound system consists of two pieces of equipment situated on a small table that has two shelves. The pieces are raised up a couple of inches to allow for air flow and therefore need dusting underneath. It's easy to use a dust cloth or a slender microfiber duster, from the side and push it under the piece to take care of that. It was easy to see by just standing in front of the unit nothing had been done as a light coating of dust was visible under each raised piece of equipment. Was given no explanation for that. We also have a 3 tiered set of bookcases with the tallest difficult to reach unless using a step stool. I didn't recall the team having any equipment nor did they ask if we did, so I checked the top of the highest bookcase and nothing had been touched, not dusted at all. When I called the office to lodge my disappointment I was told none of their workers carry step stools with them and therefore can't get to certain heights. I said we would have gladly provided one but received no answer. As mentioned in the beginning, we were dealing with some health issues. My focus has been on my husband so I 'wasn't looking for deficiencies' and just assumed the cleaning had gone smoothly. I did not intend to 'search for problems'; it all began with just wanting to 'tidy up' before company arrived. Unfortunately their level of cleaning was not what I expected or paid for. I was quoted their monthly rate to do a 'quick clean; would be $280, again, excessive. If it consisted of several rooms, etc. I could accept that - but not for such a small area.
