Doing some work in Harford County I noticed their signs on many lawns in Joppatowne especially. Winter is slow for contractors. I reached out to Aero and they sent their sales guy out to the house, offered architectural shingles at a price not much higher than traditional shingles. They were honest with pricing and had the requisite guarantees on paper. Lumber was high at the time and shingles were about to soar 16%. The rep wasn't lying. A friend in real estate said his contacts couldn't meet Aero's price. The crew did their job. Mostly. Nearly nine months after the job I'm still finding nails and old tar paper around my house. This new roof looks good and will definitely outlast me. I recommend, with few reservations, Aero Contracting.

I waited 2 weeks without hearing from them. I called back today and spoke with Melanie who kept me on hold for 15 min. I had to call back. Talked with Cathy and she said Melanie must have forgotten I was on hold! So now Cathy says there is only a 2 yr warranty on labor. This is the first we were told that!! (nowhere in the paperwork given to the home owners, me or my husband does it say that) Cathy says it will cost us $250 for someone to come out & look at it!! I ask for the manager. Also named Kathy. She says it will cost $270 to have someone come out!! Please do not assume this is an A+ contractor. They deserve an F! Extremely unsatisfied customer in Perry Hall, Md with a 4 yo roof that leaks!! Ps. They also left many many nails scattered around our yard that were found by our dog & grand kids! They had availability for two weeks later. I wasn't in a rush so I don't mind the wait. I wasn't scheduled for the 12-4 time window. On the day of I had a work commitment that came up last minute. They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. Thankfully, everything looked good and I did not require any additional services after the cleaning and tuneup.

For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great.
