We hired Danny's cleaning upon recommendation of our former neighbors and seeing thier cleaning vehicles through surrounding communities. They did the initial deep clean and will continue bi monthly going forward. The firm exceeded our expectations. They cleaned our inside windows, exterior wood kitchen cabinets, hard wood floors, window blinds, vacuumed, wiped down all doors, cleaned spotless 5 full baths and bathroom ceramic tiled floors. We did not want them to make our bed. This firm exceeded our expectations. The two young ladies worked so hard over the 5 hours to clean our 6000 square foot house. For insurance purposes, they are only allowed to use a two step ladder which they forgot to bring so I offered ours to use. We had discuss with the owner Danny at the time we engaged. The only other issue is the young ladies spoke very little English. I speak and understand a little Spanish, but my wife does not. My wife got a little frustrated at times because she could not communicate. However, it was not a big deal and not a deal breaker! We spoke to the owner Danny about it afterwards and she said if it becomes an issue just call the office and the office staff can help! This firm rocks! We had our home cleaned by other firms before we retired, but we wish we had hired Danny's cleaning! Set your expectations upfront with the owner! She is more than willing to work with the client! Hired Danny's to deep clean my house. Danny kept changing the time the cleaners would come. Time was moved back two times, with the cleaning team calling at 12:15 to tell me they were on their way. At 1:30 they finally began to unload their vehicle. They refused to put sheets on the beds; had to send one back upstairs to clean windows they "missed"; the house looked and smelled ok. They were packed to leave at 4:00. I began to really inspect what was done. The windows that were touched had only the lower panes cleaned. No upper ledges of anything were cleaned. Tops of appliances were left untouched. Some pictures on the walls had the glass cleaned, others did not. The young lady cleaning the kitchen said the marks on the stainless could not be removed. The next day I removed them with a magic eraser. The curtains that were removed in the bedroom to clean the windows were hung with some panels right and others upside down. The fan in the bedroom was cleaned, the one on the porch was not. Not a single light switch or door knob was touched. Things that fallen behind the desk remained there. The porch was supposed to be cleaned, it was only vacuumed; not a single window pane or shelf was touched. Danny had promised a thorough deep cleaning. She pushed back the start time to allow only 2.25 hours of cleaning time, not enough to do a deep clean with only 2 people. My complaint to her resulted in a single offer to come back the next day, the day that family was arriving for a long holiday stay. Subsequent calls were not returned. Zero stars! Avoid this company! Sub-contracted cleaners from Danny's stole thousands of dollars of jewelry from our home. Danny's response? We received the names and contact information for the crew and... nothing. Danny's cashed the check for that cleaning session quicker than I could stop the payment; so, yes, I basically paid Danny's to rob me. They clearly don't care about their customers being robbed, and they have provided no additional assistance in our recovery of the jewelry. Nowhere in our signed agreement did Danny's disclose they sub-contract. These cleaner, who were new to us, also knew where our jewelry had been hidden and obviously had planned the theft in advance with help (they stole items hidden away in several places and covered their tracks.) They even stole a rosary (what could be more un-Christian?) Please, save yourself heartache, don't invite anyone from this service into your home, ever. read more

Hired them to do a detail cleaning service prior to moving into the house. They failed to clean virtually everything a DETAIL cleaning is supposed to. We found food crumbs in the kitchen drawers and refrigerator. The kitchen shelves had grease and food on them. The closet shelves had dust and dirt that was easily verified by running my hand over them. Seems all they did was a normal scheduled cleaning and terribly at that. After agreeing to a price and charging our card, they refused to clean things like the fridge, oven and garage saying these items were not included in the negotiated price. Later they admitted they should have told us beforehand. We still paid extra to clean these items and they did a sloppy job anyway. The three women they sent didn't speak any English and except one which barely spoke. I had to basically point to things and they just rolled their eyes and I'm sure bad mouthed me. Called to schedule and estimate. Estimate was scheduled on a Friday at 2 pm. No one bother showing up. By 2:30 pm I called and asked what had happened. She apologize and said she was stuck at the office and asked to reschedule for the following Monday at 8 am. Monday comes around, once again, no one EVER bother showing to give us an estimate and NEVER even bother to call to explain why they couldn't show up. It's a no call, no show business. Called and scheduled a move-in cleaning for our house we were purchasing in December, a month prior to the closing date. We were given the price based on our particulars and told to email the info to their email. I did all of that. The day of cleaning arrives, and no cleaners... I called both numbers I was given, left voicemails on both and emailed the email address I was given as well. 1 hour later, still no one. No call backs, nothing. Stay clear of this service. Nothing is ever their fault and there are expensive damages. We are honest people who used the service for years. We left the house and our granite counter top was damaged upon return. No one was home and the damage perfectly fits a stone plaque that was standing on the counter top when we left. I guess they are insured, but will not admit to anything. Other things were broken over the years, but were less expensive and we never followed up, because it became clear nothing is ever their fault or done by them (sometimes including the cleaning). Also cleaning is done super fast and items you would think are covered every time, you find out are covered every other time and then if you leave markers to check if the item was cleaned the second time, you will find it may or may not be cleaned -- haphazard. read more

I used a wide variety of contractors and home maintenance services during 10 years of owning a home, this is by far the worst experience I ever had. 1. I found them on the Clipper magazine because they had an ad and a coupon offer. They say they would honor the coupon then after cleaning they say the coupon discount is already in the estimate. 2. They promised to clean the windows on the main level wherever they can reach without ladder - this was the main reason I decided to use them. Then on the day of cleaning they say they need professional equipment to clean the windows which will be extra charge. 3. They refuse to clean my office - which is basically just another room. They even checked the office in their contract!!! and says I told them I don't need the office cleaned!!! 4. They were supposed to arrive at 3 p.m. but instead show up at 7 p.m., do the cleaning for about 2 hours and says they should go because it's too dark. 5. They poured water on the bathroom floor, the water sipped through the bottom of the toilet and wetted the basement. So beware, they are liars. You have hundreds of other cleaners out there. read more

Like most of the other reviews I read, the scheduled time for my in-home estimate was not kept. I had to call to learn why it was a no-show. I gave the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. A first-time cleaning was scheduled and the girls arrived on time. I was fairly satisfied, so scheduled the next cleaning. The second cleaning was completely unacceptable. I called the owner (who happened to be out of town) and emailed. My home was 'cleaned' in under an hour. Not only did I have home security video proving my claims, I provided a detailed list of the problems. The only dusting done was with a feather duster. Nothing was moved; dust rings could still be seen on the furniture. Not even the kitchen counter or stove area was cleaned properly; again, everything was dusted around. You could see where the dusting ended, leaving food crumbs behind. Some of the counters were not even touched. Water spots left on the floors; mirrors, glass shelving still dusty. The house did not even smell fresh and clean. All the promises of the detailed cleaning were just that, promises. Not fulfilled. The owner spent more time in our interview explaining what would be done than the girls actually spent time doing. It was rather telling that when the owner was away, with no opportunity to do an in-home follow up as was promised in the interview, that the girls took liberties and short-cuts in the work. Even after a phone conversation and follow-up email with the owner, I was certain she would 'do the right thing' and be a fair and honest businesswoman, but she cashed my check anyway. I have used small and large well known cleaning services over the last few years and I eventually move to another business because the level of service just isn't there. I had my first cleaning with Danny's a week ago and I was more than impressed and more than satisfied with the service I received.I met with Danny and she was very professional and described the service I would receive and I wasn't sure that I would actually receive that level of service. When she said they would move furniture and clean windows, I was skeptical (none of the other cleaning services move furniture or clean windows) The team showed up on time and spent four hours cleaning my home so thoroughly. They actually moved the furniture I am not talking an end table I am talking bureaus and beds and the furniture they couldn't move they cleaned behind with extension tools. They cleaned scuff marks off the walls.They even cleaned the area behind my desk with all the computer wires. Other cleaning services just ignored that area.They cleaned all the windows in my house. This was best first clean I have ever had and at a p;rice that was very fair and actually a little cheaper than the other larger cleaning services. If I could give Danny a 10 I would. read more
