Took car to a real tint shop and they showed me where he cut my rubber where the windows go up/down, he cut over my rear defrost wires and it cost me $300 to remove his $220 crappy tint job. The last shop told me they see lots of his cars come in for repairs. Close this guy down....what a waste of money.

He had very little knowledge on how he was going to reach my sky lights. He even had to call his higher up. In any way it was a total waste of my time. Even after I called him a week after he showed up to look at the job and spoke to him . He apologized and told me he was sorry that he did not get back to me with a price and he was going to do so . Well that never happened . So this company is a complete failure. Jeff obviously could not handle the job . Then I have no idea how they can advertise window film if they are clueless to the job. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional in not getting back to the customer plus not knowing your job.

brought my 2023 ram 3500 in to have the two front windows and the upper windshield tint strip…read moreinstalled . the front tow windows came out alright but they couldn't cut the windshield strip to come straight across my windshield they cut it so it went from 6" on the side to about 3"in the middle of the window which is useless for block out sunlight. I asked why they couldn't do it and the guy explained it was because of the curvature of the window which is completely wrong.. I showed him pictures of my other truck with the windshield tint the correct way and he just ignored it. so I told him to remove it and I would have it done back home in Pennsylvania which I did . and the guy here had 0% problems with making it look great. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Blackout tinting. and I also shared an article about how to properly cut and install it on a truck to which I got no response .

I got an appointment quickly and was able to take care of some work emails from the waiting room / lobby while my car was being tinted. I went with Stratos 30 tint, which is not as dark as it appears in this photo, but there are plenty of options for those who prefer darker tint. They also removed an ugly dealer sticker for me (f&$@ you Ciocca Audi for putting that on without my permission). Felt very comfortable trusting BG with my vehicle given their clean and well-lit workshop. My car is dirty in this photo, but that's my fault - all of the parts of the interior / doors / etc that they would have touched were wiped down once the job was finished. I was in a hurry or I would have paid for a hand wash as well, which is another service they offer. With tip I paid $717 out the door, which I think is very reasonable for the quality of the work and the overall customer experience. Your cost will vary based on your vehicle size and tint selection. I definitely intend to come back for PPF and ceramic coating.
