I was afraid that they wouldn't give me the time of day since I wasn't ordering kitchen cabinets or bathtubs or sinks, but just a replacement key. I was REALLY pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Chad, who couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful!! EVEN FOR JUST A KEY! He took the time to look up the Hafale catalogue and found the item I needed and agreed to order it and have it sent to my house at no charge. The GC has been to the facility twice and it is locked up. The Principal has a long history of Judgements against him, Bankruptcies. Was shocked by the amount of legal encounters on a Public Records Check. I blame my GC for not doing any research before allowing these people remove my Island. It is totally their fault by being over eager to get the job done and did absolutely no due diligence before allowing my Island to be removed from my property. Probably will never see it again and the GC is on the hook for having a replacement built that will take another 6-8 weeks. Do not by any means go near this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
