After alerting the company, they sent someone out to remeasure the quartz for a replacement backsplash, which was installed today. I am so happy with the end product and greatly appreciate the company addressing my concerns in a very professional manner. Our challenges started with pieces that were not cut to spec and had to be returned. Shoddy work on the edges and finishes compounded our frustration. Pieces were installed crooked and had to be fixed by our contractors. Add in poor communication from the sales and customer service teams and it's obvious Colonial does not care about their customers. I will choose someone who does next time.
