Recently had a kitchen cabinet repaired, and flooring replaced in most of our downstairs after…read morebeing damaged from an unknown water leak from our dishwasher. Tyler is very knowledgeable, and gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done. He is very thorough and meticulous as he also discovered a water leak around the powder room toilet, with damaged sub flooring which he replaced. He also had to unexpectedly treat some unknown mold. He then detected some slight warping in the new flooring shortly after they began laying it. He dealt with the flooring company even when they initially said it was fine. He insisted it was defective and proved this to them through photos and an on-site visit. He had all the new flooring replaced with a different option and the job was completed as quickly as possible. He was always very conscientious about keeping our home clean, safe, and "livable" during the project knowing we have 2 toddlers and 3 dogs in the house. Have nothing but great things to say about him and his assistants. Would recommend his company to anyone!
