In the work done by other painters we hired, we can still see the brush strokes on parts of the walls. Bob sanded everything down (& no mess, either) before applying the paint. That helps the paint to really bond to the underlying layers. He's quick and tidy. Sure, you can get someone cheaper, but just remember the old saying: "You get what you pay for". You're stuck with a bad paint job for quite a while. Better to shell out a little more for a job you'll be happy with for years.
