We have done some smaller projects since that time, and most recently we replaced a very large leaking skylight in the kitchen area. Bob provided a quote and we agreed to move forward with the project. Bob introduced us to his foreman Andrew and we discussed the proposed timeline. As with any project there were some minor issues, but we were really impressed with how these issues were addressed. We were very impressed with the crew, especially the communication that was provided during the process. Andrew is top notch. Even though we know he had other jobs that were way more involved than our skylight, he made us feel as if this was his top priority. He communicated with us daily, either by text or phone call and if we had a question or concern, he was quick to respond. When we had a leak the following day, he was honest in explaining what had happened and we appreciated understanding the process. Communication goes a long way in satisfying your customers! DJ was a pleasure to meet. He was hard working and willing to do anything necessary to assist in getting the job done. Adam is a very kind and very caring individual. On the day the job started, I stayed home for 1/2 a day and was in the other room. I could hear Adam explaining to DJ what they were doing, why they were doing it and how they would do it. It was the best example of someone teaching his craft to an apprentice with such patience. I made sure to compliment them both, but especially Adam, he really worked hard at teaching DJ while getting the job done right. I was very impressed. Did the work when he said he would. Price was fair. The problem was with the quality. We had to pay someone to completely re -do all of his work. Tile wasn't grouted. And whatever was used completely crumbled. Didn't finish tile behind toilet. There was a huge crack in a very visible tile. Toilet was never sealed and sink wasn't screwed into the wall. We did not call him back about the problems. Perhaps he would have fixed things or given us a refund but we wanted to just move on from this bad experience and take the loss.
