The last time he texted me at 10PM the night before they were to come and told me they were not able to make it and wanted to come two days later. It's smelling good and there are lots of little details like fancy folded towel, tissues, and toilet paper. They were extremely thorough - they took apart my stove to clean it, moved furniture that hadn't been moved and ages, and were kind enough to place new paper towel under the toilet brush in the bathroom! I'm excited to have the start their maintenance service in two weeks. We did have a minor schedule change/miscommunication, but that's not a big deal to me as I had let them know I was available all afternoon. If you don't have flexibility, it's probably best to let them know upfront. Highly recommend!
