Never coming back here again. Could not remove a stain and still overcharged me!? Bye bye!

Took in 3 articles of clothing. Shared my name and phone number. I went to pick them up as planned. I forgot the ticket, but figured they'd look me up with name and phone number. Uh oh! No entry of me in the system at all. The lady at the register took my clothes initially and remembered me. She scoured the back of the store and couldn't find them. Was told to return the next day when the manager was in. I went in - this time with the receipt. The manager located the items but noted that my name and phone number had been documented incorrectly by the woman previously. No apologies, no nothing. Just a rather disappointing visit. Disappointed and Misled I called this dry cleaner to ask specifically about the price for cleaning a queen-size comforter and was told $25.95. When I arrived at the store, I was shocked when they refused to clean it and said they didn't care what I was told on the phone. The lack of professionalism and customer service was very disappointing. If they won't honor the information they give over the phone, how can customers trust them? They seem to be the only cleaners in town with next-day service without all the caveats and exceptions. This was the 3rd cleaner same-day cleaner I went to after discovering the other cleaners didn't have next-day service as advertised. The staff was sympathetic to my struggles and took care of me immediately. I'll skip the runaround next time and go directly here, where I know they'll have my items done promptly without all the runaround. read more

Super expensive. I took in a shirt and a pair of shorts, and the charges were over $25. Definitely not worth it.

New to the area and this was the first dry cleaner I tried. Having previously lived in Winston-Salem, I was used to my previous cleaner with 99 cent shirts and $2.49 pants. Well, this place had a bit of a sticker shock with $2.98 shirts and I don't even know how much for pants! My bill was $28!!! Yikes! They did mention a "Wild Wednesday" with discount prices. Might check that out OR look elsewhere! A few pros were the drive thru service and friendliness but MAN! Can't get over how pricey they were! read more

They charged me $8.44 for EACH pant!! This pricing is ridiculous for someone who dry cleans on a weekly basis. I won't be back! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Also I asked for light starch on the shirts and reminded them twice and I received NO starch!! read more

New to the Apex area. We have a 8 x 10 rug that one of our dogs soiled multiple times. It's a "washable", but too large for our washing machine. Rolled it up and gave these guys a try. When the pricing came back, it was definitely a sticker-shock - it was more or less what the rug cost new. I contacted the manager, explained the situation (my bad for not asking the price, but a heads-up on your end would have been nice). He said he'll work with me on the price. Picked the rug up and was very pleased - they took the price down by about 40%. Under the circumstances, I thought this was very reasonable. Icing on the cake is, when we got the rug home, it was perfectly clean - looked brand new. (I was sure those pee stains about never come out). So overall very pleased with the outcome here. read more

Only been here once to have 1 suit jacket dry cleaned. Was greeted immediately and offered 25% off as a new customer. I dropped it off around 1030am and was told it would be ready the same day by 5pm! They do have a drive thru which is nice in the rain and they are pretty quick about getting your clothes in and out. I'll definitely be going here again. read more

I haven't been to other cleaners so I can't give them a 5 star rating, but they have been good to me so far. Never ran into an issue with them. I might be sticking to this place for awhile. read more

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK After multiple attempts at trying to trust this dry cleaner, enough is enough. I have had multiple instances in which shirts and pants have been lost, shirts pressed with obvious stains left on front pocket from coffee, and no attempt to follow directions with respect to folding or hanging. In each case the management has tried to make the order correct by either reimbursing for lost articles (after reviewing a video) or delivering shirts to my home at a later date. I understand mistakes happen, however they have not successfully completed the last 5 orders. 2 of the 5 orders, they have lost pants. Once again I am leaving town in the am and have to find additional time to shop and replace part of my wardrobe for work. Each time the management has taken action to correct the order and although I appreciate the effort, I would prefer working with a Dry Cleaner that gets it right the first time. USE at your own risk and if you use their bag service, you better get a receipt and have them validate what has been dropped off! TIme to find another dry cleaner. read more

Excellent location and nice service. It's on 55 in Apex and because of the light at the entrance to Beaver Creek, it's easy in / out. I wish they were open slight later on some days because it's hard to make it there by 7 occasionally, but nice, fast, quality work. read more

This is the worst cleaners I have ever encountered. I brought in a brand new dress to be cleaned. When I called in to pick it up the employee who attended to me initally informed me there was a stain on the dress. This employee saw it was a new dress because he cut the tag off of it. He said the girl that did the dry cleaning left for the day and he did not know how to reach her. We could get the dress on Monday. This is my daughter's prom dress. The prom is tonight. The manager is aware of the problem but he was not here. I will never come to these cleaners again. They were recommended to me by an employee from another dry cleaner here in Cary, NC. We have been here 20 mins. now, no manager. It is 3:38 Saturday May 13th 2017. I was just informed the manager is coming from Durham, he is 15 mins. away. It is now 3:39pm. At 3:55 said employee informed me the manager came in the back door and is working on the dress. A female came in and went to the back. At4:03pm another female came on and went to the back. At 4:13pm, my dughter asked, if it is good. A man came foward. My daughter asked him if he got the stain out. He said yes and it would be another 20 mins before it would be ready. At 4:23 the manager came out again said she (woman mentioned at 4:03pm) was going to iron the dress but now there is a new spot at the bottom of the dress. He is not going to charge us for it. He claimed the dress had to have these spots on before it came into his cleaners. There was not any spots when I brought the dress in. Even the first time the employee brought out the dress to show us the spot, there was no other spot. Now there is a spot in a totally different location. The manager is claiming it was possibly spotted from the store the dress came from. This could not possibly be the case, as this was a brand new dress and was ordered online. At 4:38 another employee brought the dress out to us. We thanked her, and my daughter thanked the manager and left at 4:40. read more

First time and last time using this cleaner. Received email saying clothes were ready. Couldn't make it that day so went the next. Thank god I checked my clothes, missing nicest shirt out of the bunch. Gave 2 stars because shirts were clean but the inconvience and the mistake they made is not acceptable, especially since I drove 10 miles to get there. read more

He has very generously reimbursed me for my ruined shirts and made a promise that he is always available if customers are not able to feel that their issues have been resolved in a fair and just manner by the local or regional representatives.
