Brian came out the next day, and was the only one who actually went into the roof crawlspace to check where the leak was actually coming from. Zack responded the same morning I requested their service and a quote. He and Carlos came out that same day, inspected the roof, and presented us with options. We ended up getting a completely new roof, and they did an awesome job. Throughout the process Zack and Carlos took multiple photos/videos to show us what they were seeing on the roof and in the attic. To say they were transparent and had great communication doesn't do it justice. Every single part of the process was laid out and they updated us throughout the whole process. It made the whole thing so much less stressful for our family. We have a 1,300 square foot house and they were able to take off the old roof (including 30 plywood pieces) and install the new one in under 48 hours from start to finish. I had just come home from work as they were finishing, and Carlos had me come up on the roof right then and there to see the work they had done before it was dark. Without getting into details on how horrific our old roof was, I immediately could tell that the new roof they had just installed was done very well and properly. I was able to get 3 estimates and theirs was right in line with the others and reasonable, so I decided to go with them. The roof installation went well and I very much appreciate their hard working crew. We've had little rain this fall, so it was a number of weeks after the roof completion that we had our first heavy rainfall. Then I noticed that one of the gutters wasn't correct and their was a very heavy stream of water falling from the roof. Later I noticed that there was another issue with another gutter. Unfortunately, my emails and phone calls to the company went completely unanswered. It looks like I'll have to hire another gutter company to come and clean up the problems. I was prepared to give them a 5-star rating, but reduced it for ghosting me on what is a real issue with the gutters.

After a short while, I went out to see if he was still here. Nope! He was gone. I then looked to see if he left estimate somewhere outside or in mailbox. Nope! Again, nothing. Forward to a couple days later, thinking maybe the estimate was emailed to me; checked both inbox and "spam" ... third Nope! On January 26, I texted Travis (a VP of company) asking about this. No reply from him either. Tried emailing them directly but that is not an option as it always "there was an error...". If they didn't want the job, it would have been nice to know, no harm, no foul. What upsets me the most is they were highly recommended by a good friend. Guess I expected a more professional way of doing business.

The "toss" heavy roof material leaving cracks in drywall and damage to your house, which they will not take responsibility for.
