We highly recommend Stevenson Roofing for both complex and more straightforward roofing projects…read more The company was recommended to us by a close friend who had an excellent experience, and after inviting two other firms to provide proposals, Stevenson was the clear choice based on its approach, timing and references. Our project was significant and complicated. We have a large roof with several steeply pitched areas, were transitioning from shake to CertainTeed Presidential TL shingles and also replaced the gutters. Jerry prepared the proposal and remained closely involved throughout the project, either on site or in touch with us daily. A project of this scale requires expertise, attention to detail and excellent communication, and we experienced all three. The work was completed on schedule and we are extremely pleased with the high quality result and process. Jerry has also stayed in touch following the first rains to make sure everything is performing as it should and that no refinements are needed. A new roof is a significant investment and requires a high degree of trust in the people doing the work. We were exceptionally pleased with Jerry and Stevenson Roofing and would recommend them without hesitation.

It was a pleasure working with Jerry and he gave me a base price for removing two layers of shingles and inspecting what lay underneath. He also told me that the cost would be higher, and extra $1500, if there was a third layer. Indeed, there was a tar layer, as well as some rotted base layer plywood, so more $$. I also decided to add a cover for the gutters to minimize the need for cleaning. Each step I was given explanation of what was happening and an estimate of what the extra cost would be. At the end, the roof looked great and so far no water dripping anywhere! Thanks to Jerry and the guys who helped. Very polite and friendly.

I'd been told by three different sources that my roof was deteriorating. It isn't--and Chase took photos and patiently explained what he found to prove it. I had even been given an estimate of $10,000 to replace the detached garage roof, which was supposedly in desperate need of it. I now have an assessment and photos to prove to my insurance company that my roof is in great shape--and I don't even have any business to give Three Tree. But I recommend them with no hesitation and no caveats.

The roof install went very smoothly. Dino and his team did a fantastic job. There are a lot of little things like the metal trim, ridge venting, and precision placement of the tiles that add up to a great looking roof. I can 100% recommend Three Tree.

His roofers not only did a professional job but cleaned up all of the old shingles and debris. And, the total cost was about one-fifth of a new roof (along with a five year warranty)! I would highly recommend this company to my neighbors, friends and family

Taff and one other local small company were pretty close on costs, but I love Tom's attention to detail and commitment to customer care. The job took 5 days in all, and the weather was over 80 degrees 2 of those days. Tom recommended several upgrades that make our home's roofing system work best (better flapper style vents and such). I also love the new flashing that's a huge improvement over the inadequate factory original that didn't keep out the weather. I also appreciate how Tom insisted on showing me and describing to me the various materials and parts and how the roof system works, and his obvious devotion to this and all of his customers and to his profession. Please please please consider going with local family-owned business over larger commercial roofers. The attention to detail, best quality materials and outstanding personal service is worth it. I saw one of my neighbors stop by during the job, and we overheard the conversation with one of the workers....that they noticed and appreciated the attention to detail. They also nitpicked constant clean ups of our yard and driveway and establishing and maintaining a "safety zone" at all times. And we saved money anyway over a larger commercial company (and also know the job was done right and will be approved by State L&I inspection to complete the process). I know my neighbor across the street paid 5k more, still has problems with leaks, and their permit still hasn't been inspected. Thanks for an awesome roof that will last our house for many years to come! Can't recommend these folks any higher!

But despite the cost, I went with them because their proposal was clearly superior to the other companies'. It was detailed, with a clear explanation of all systems and materials recommended and transparent pricing information. It was also much easier to read and understand than the other bids. Our project was promptly scheduled. We had a desired window of time when we wanted it done and were accommodated. The actual install was about as painless as a major house improvement project can be. The team arrived on site on time, communicated proactively throughout the process, and left the property clean and tidy. The whole project only took 2.5 days. It started on a Monday and on Thursday I went through a comprehensive punch out process with the site manager. The new roof looks beautiful and my family has peace of mind going into the rainy season knowing that our roof is sound, and if we have any issues, Rainier will respond due to their strong craftsmanship and manufacturers warranties. I really couldn't have been happier with the process and outcome and highly recommend Rainier Roofing.
