Within an hour, he was able to clear a hairball from the pipe and get the bathtub draining properly again! We were initially worried that there might be a broken pipe, so we were very relieved that Eddie was able to resolve the issue so quickly. Huge thank you to Eddie and Oakland Rooter and Plumbing! Everyone on his team is knowledgeable, careful and really cares about doing excellent work. Amy, who answers the phone is amazing - she has the same magical and calm vibe that Mauro does, she always understands my latest problem and reassures me that whatever it is that is going wrong, it is not going to be a big deal and of course she is always right. Beyond the great work and wonderful attitude, Mauro's prices are always fair and there is never any pressure Of all the venders and trades people I have used over the last few years, and with a 100 year old house, believe me there are many, Mauro and his team have been the most reliable, consistent and the best experience of all.

Mauro used to be a great shop, but they seem to have grown past their ability to manage their team.

Now it's the next day, and the office has "no record" of an appointment request! Of course, I had to listen to the endless ass-kissing of their AI "assistant" about what a terrible inconvenience this must be and how "she" would do everything in "her" power to assuage my frustration. Blow me. Not only does this outfit charge ridiculous fees for straightforward work but also the company has no respect for when a customer needs to speak to a human being.
