Instead of running the camera, Fred demands that we have him do the rooting every 6 months! It is absurd - over the last 15 years, the system needed snaking only twice: removing roots ca 2012, and removing a deep-sitting hairball in 2023. Last check up was in Aug 2024, and everything was fine with the system. Fred charged $395 just to run a snake tool! Very unsatisfactory service. The company was better before, but now, go with somebody else.
