Clearly, they are very experienced movers who even wrapped the mattress and box springs in plastic which my previous movers never did years ago. In addition to having (10) years of experience, they were lovely men - polite and listened to my previous disastrous moving experience! This last move I hired 3 workers for 4 hours to pack, load, and relocate everything to a storage unit. Not only did they do this, they protected me! They are not just amazing professionals, they are chivalrous gentlemen! This situation was unfortunately less than happy and my principal is chauvinistic narcissist. Prior to Isaac, Julius, and Matt (premium movers Mr. Aguilar sent), my boss had attempted to intimidate me and a crew of helpers I had. I was restricted the a time window and date to get my belongings due to the pettiness of my boss and the district. In every effort to make things difficult my boss scheduled AP testing in my classroom knowing of my arrival and that it was confirmed by his superiors. I share this information to set the emotional scene of what Isaac, Julius, and Matt walked into. Upon the arrival my personal crew and I had only just started packing. The plan was to already be an hour in. I gave them a brief synopsis of the situation. I don't know if it was the emotional state I was in, or what they were overhearing from some of the adults in the room, but Isaac, Matt, and Julius seemed to have picked up the air of what was going on and why things were the way they were. By the end, their comments made me feel like they understood that not only were they were serving as premium movers but also my protector from my boss who might come back and harass me. My genuine concern on behalf of premium movers was that I was not going to get what needed to be accomplished in 4 hours. That I would need an additional hour that I did not have cash for let alone could afford. I'm just a math teacher and I don't make a lot. Which brings me to why I started off that Premium Movers are worth every penny. When I first looked for movers I did a little researching. Prior to using premium movers I have typically always rented my own uhaul and relied on the good graces of friends and or family to help. This usually takes way longer. My initial hiring of Premium movers was for a two bedroom apartment from one town to the next. In that situation two men came and I reserved 4 hours and ended up needing 5. I moved from a ground floor apartment to an upstairs apartment. Not a single one of the movers made a complaint or grumble. The movers always come with a 22' truck and allllll the necessary equipment to move someone who has boxed and prepared everything, to someone who has not put a single thing in a box. No matter the situation, they don't make you feel judged. Letting strangers into your home is a vulnerable thing and not once did I feel judged or shamed. In fact every time I have apologized for circumstances the movers have made efforts to assure me they are happy to be of service. The owner or manager Mr. Aguilar, is an angel! He is so accommodating and understanding! Not only was he sympathetic to my situation this time, he even helped validate me in his compliments. Moving in any form is emotional and it's so clear that premium movers cares about their customers. They treat you like a human being with nothing but courtesy and respect. They are extremely efficient and know their craft. When I consulted Mr. Aguilar he advised me of how long and how many men might be needed. They have always met their time quote. In this situation under! In my research it seems that their rates are a little higher than others. Even people I have told said I was paying too much. Then I explain that they come with their own truck, qualified movers you can trust, and even packing equipment to help make things easier! Including wooden crates to protect valuables, ramp equipment, and the trucks have a lift! They don't squabble over miles and a penny here and a penny there. Mr. Aguilar and his crew just make you feel like it's their mission to help you in one of life's biggest stressors. You might ask why I would need movers for a classroom? Well I'm a 12 year teacher who prides herself in making her room like a sanctuary. When I move my class it is like moving a full studio apartment. Including heavy furniture and tons or school supplies. Isaac, Julius and Matt didn't show a hint of being overwhelmed, in fact the made me feel appreciated. I felt like I could trust them, they made efforts to save me money and time. Mr. Aguilar has always been such a kind soul doing everything he can to help support an educator. I have advertised verbally, recommended, and even defended why premium movers are the best company. They have a feeling of a family business with real human beings who care. They are extremely punctual, efficient, and professional. No matter what I need moved I will use Premium movers. I encourage anyone to hire them. They are everything they claim to be and more. The pros of the move: short notice for move and they fit us in the schedule, they were on time and completed move in 1.5 hours. The cons of the move: expensive ($860 for 3 to load and unload one truck - 1.5 hours of work), even though website says No Hidden Fees, we were pushed to also add a tip for the workers even though already an expensive charge for very light work - no furniture, no packing, etc., just loading and unloading boxes. I should have asked ahead of time for a discount since the other services weren't involved, but I didn't . I cannot recommend this company because I feel I was very overcharged for the service they provided.

They then canceled on me 20 minutes before the rescheduled time, saying they *couldnt* leave the other move to honor my appointment even tho the other person wasn't even packed. (They just wanted that extra hourly cost from that person I'm sure). Rescheduled for the next day. Cost me money because I had already paid for daycare and for a cleaner to come to my old place. I had to pay for another day of day care and pay my cleaning person a cancellation fee plus the cleaning fee. Almost $300. Despite being very clear about moving a 1400sq ft place, they showed up with a truck that was too small to do it in one trip as discussed (Dragging out the time/cost). One mover was polite. The other was rude and the overall experience was beyond unprofessional. They left me with scratched and wobbly/damaged furniture from mishandling. They even asked us to help move things ! When the office person sent the text requesting payment, I asked about the price being adjusted for the huge and expensive inconvenience they caused me the day before and she was reluctant to do anything. After my insistence she gave me a small discount, but in actuality I should not have paid a dime over the originally quoted price due to the unprofessionalism and what they cost me by canceling. I asked if they were an insured company and she refused to answer or address my damaged furniture. Every piece of furniture was meticulously wrapped and protected, and they treated both our old and new home with respect. They were friendly, personable, and worked efficiently all day. We had just installed brand new carpet in our new home, so we mentioned that to the head mover before they arrived. We weren't sure how shoe covers would work since the crew would constantly be going back and forth between the truck and the house. He reassured us that he would figure something out once they got there. When they arrived, he came up with a great solution: two movers stayed outside unloading from the truck while two movers remained inside the house receiving and placing everything. The two movers inside even asked if we preferred they wear shoe covers or simply remove their shoes and work in their socks. We told them socks were perfectly fine. I really appreciated that they asked instead of assuming, and I thought the coordination between the crew was genuinely impressive. It showed they were willing to adapt and find a solution that protected our new floors. What also stood out to me were the little things they didn't have to do. At one point, they saw me struggling to open our wardrobe boxes after they had been unloaded. Without me even asking, they came over, cut them open, and helped open them for me. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed they genuinely cared about making the move easier for us. Those kinds of thoughtful acts don't go unnoticed. The only reason I'm mentioning the following is because I think it's constructive feedback. At the end of the move, the head mover (who seemed to be the supervisor) asked how I wanted to pay the tip--cash, Zelle, or another method. I was a little confused because earlier in the day we had already given the crew $200 and told them to use it for lunch. When I mentioned that, he explained that the $200 was for lunch, then showed me examples of what other customers had tipped. He also shared that most customers tip at least $800, or about $200 per mover. I completely understand that tips are an important part of their income, and I genuinely felt this crew deserved to be rewarded for the outstanding job they did. We ended up tipping the crew very generously because we truly appreciated their hard work. Afterward, the head mover was sincerely appreciative and thanked us, explaining how much they rely on tips and how much it helps them. I appreciated his gratitude. However, discussing specific tip amounts and comparing them to what other customers give made me feel pressured and put on the spot. Everyone's financial situation and budget are different. Some customers may be able to give more, while others may not, and that's okay. A tip is ultimately optional and should be appreciated regardless of the amount. I believe it's best to let customers decide what they feel is an appropriate gratuity without comparisons or suggested amounts. Aside from that one interaction, the service itself was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

He even tried to upcharge me for the 4th mover but luckily I saved the quote that Alex gave me. Well it took 11.5 hours (not including their lunch break) with 4 movers and they still didn't move everything. We just had to stop the time because it was getting so late. 3 of the guys were nice and they did most of the work, but Eric was a bit pushy and was always on his phone or going on a break. They took too many breaks (lasting 15-20 min each) and their lunch break was 2 hours. So they were off to a slow start in the morning. I really did not like that Eric tried to convince me to go to Home Depot to buy more moving boxes because they didn't have enough. As a moving company, you should have enough boxes. They were careful with my stuff, wrapping everything very carefully, but they were slow. They didn't clean anything up after they were done, left their cans, bottles, runner paper throughout the house. All in all, they were okay. Just really slow. This job should not have taken 11.5 hours
